“I was beginning to have trouble starting my car so I figured I probably needed a new battery. I went to O'Reilly's and I was surprised at how nice they were. They tested the battery and replaced it for me. I was so grateful they had a battery and they went outside in weather over 100 to replace it with nary a complaint. Yes, I am a more mature woman but I never felt they were taking advantage of me and they were polite and efficient.”

The store has many options on display, so I could touch and try different roof racks myself. I deeply appreciate the transparent, itemized pricing.While I waited for them to install, I read a book while sitting on camping equipment on display, and the adorable shop dogs kept me company. Chad oriented me to my racks, showing me how to lock/unlock, remove, etc., and I feel assured by the lifetime warranty on their work and products.”

“All staff members have been extremely helpful and they worked well with my insurance company repairing the damage to my vehicle after it was stolen. After the repairs were completed I had some trouble coming up with my decidable due to unforeseen circumstances. They were very understanding and allowed me the extra days needed to cover it without charging me a storage fee. The experience so far has been nice. I would recommend them anytime”

Even with a new completion date they managed to complete all the repairs close to the original date provided and they used the left over paint to perform some light touch ups on scratches that weren’t part of the original reason I brought my car in for.”

“They'll fix it. Long time business. Greg is a genuinely kind guy. They repair speedometers, tachometers and any other type of guage. Including digital ones. Toyota Tacoma with a check engine light for a VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) turns out to be something internal in the instrument cluster (not the sensors on the transmission). Part is discontinued with Toyota. Guess who can fix it. Greg at Commercial Speedometer. Took about a week. $240. No more check engine light. Thank you Commercial Speedometer!”
