Their customer service is good but they charged me more then other workshops, just to replace the air filter and cabin filter they charged me 101$I usually pay 50$ for it although my car has easy access to to the filters which does not take more than 5 mints to replace but they charged me 42.50$ just for labor.Will defiantly not recommend because of high labor charges.

Was introduced to A&S auto by one of my friend. And later on I found that many of my friends are customer here. Mario is super nice person that's rare to find especially when it comes to your ride you want someone who's honest and doesn't intentionally adds up the work.He will usually charge you less than Jiffy Lube or Walmart for oil and filter change. And would recommend you to go for something unless you really need it. I asked to get the break leathers chnaged but he checked and told me it's not yet required.Had it been somewhere else they'll do it happily even if it's not required.He's knowledgeable and lady on the front desk is very polite in person and over phone as well. Good job guys! You're the best...

Definitely don’t recommend. Bought a Ford Fusion here they told me it’s never been in an accident and it has. Literally the day after I got the car check engine light and now the car won’t even stay running. I should have walked away but I drove 3 hours and needed a car. While I was there they offered me a lower mile fusion and when I went to look at it they were literally swapping the odometer! Place is shady! While filling out my paperwork overheard the owner I’m assuming harassing someone over the phone very rude. My salesman was nice but a bit clueless. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

This place is sketchy AF, car was already sold when I arrived, walked in and asked about it and the owner wouldn't even look up from his phone. not a mask on anybody working here and you could see the wrecked clapped out wrecked cars being taken off the trailer that they "fix" and sell. steer clear of these guys whatever you do.

I was having issues with a squealing sound from my brakes, so i called A&S and was able to get a quote for a front axle brake pad replacement pretty much right away, and was able to get the problem fixed in the same day! when i took my camry here, i was immediately blown away by the level of customer service. Mario and his wife are very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that i was comfortable and knew what was going to be done to my car (my first car too, so it's very special). the repair was reasonably quick, since items like the brakes have to be brought in it'll take a little longer, but it was completely worth the wait. 100% i will be recommending Mario to my local friends and family, he did a fantastic job!

Dropped my car off at A&S today. Was desperate to get a door fixed asap called 4-5 different locations and all said they wouldn't be able to help me until the following week or mid month. When I called A&S they said bring it in we'll give you a quote and try and get it done today. They exceeded all expectations! Quick turn around and reasonable price. Safe to say I will come back and refer all friends here. Thank you Mario!

To try to make a long story short. They sold us a junk Subaru and I took it to Subaru and they told me it was a 4K fix to get the engine where it needed to be with all the different leaks. Good thing I bought the buyers remorse agreement.
