I paid in full for a crossbow string. After 90 days they still didn't order the string. Keep your money local they say. After several conversations the employee said the same thing each time about delays. I recorded the phone call and the visit to get my money back. He is seen flipping me off the entire time with his right hand and had the audacity to call me a terrible person. Pathetic and unacceptable! Yes I have it recorded and recordings don't lie.

My wife asked me to go with her to look for a hand gun. I took her to Grundman’s Sporting Goods and the person at the counter was very knowledgeable about what he felt would be best for my wife. He made her feel very comfortable with the purchase of the hand gun. He showed her all the working parts of the gun. I will always enjoy going in and see what they have available. They are truly know their business.
