The supervisor was the one who helped me and like you’d expect, he wasn’t running in any circles and got things done fast and was very informative of my purchase. “Great store! we found snow boots for our toddler and the staff was nice. We returned later for a jacket and the guy gave us advice to not get stuck in traffic on our way to Snow Valley. Any other ski rental store had high prices for ski gear. We're happy we found this hardware.”

“This store has everything you need or can usually have it next day.it can take a bit of time getting in and out, but it is close to the freeway and very close to the I.E. cool people here or because of the manager. Prices are about average.”

“Approx 1115, Sun, 7/7/24, I telephoned Lowes in Highland, CA. I spoke with customer service associate named Gladys. Within 5-8 minutes she researched several models of the portable cooler I was requesting. She assured me that there was stock in the store. Within 10 minutes I arrived and she was right there to assist me. She located the item and invited a fellow associate named Kevin to assist me in locating it and bringing it to her checkstand. This was all done within an hour along with mixed interruptions to assist other customers. Both of these associates, especially Gladys, were professional, competent, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. In these chaotic stressful times we are all experiencing combined with devastating heat and high temperatures these associates were priceless in their pride and commitment to uphold the values and ethics in their job performance for this company of Lowes. They should value these true team associates and strive to encourage and reward all company team associates who participate and share these ethics.”
“This store seems to be pretty decent and clean. The associates help you when you ask and are very polite. Some of the products are sold out such as facial tissue. Don't usually get a clear answer on when they restock is my only issue with the store.”

“Like this Lowe's location ; a rerun item was done easily. Went to store mostly at night and staff was helpful. Found what I needed; fall products are out on the floor and summer clearance are showing on shelves. Overall, you can find good values.”

“Needed some lumber and didn’t want to drive down the hill so I thought I would give this spot a try. It’s a great place. Prices aren’t too high. They got a lot of stuff. Got the wood that I needed and one of the employees helped put it into my car. One of the clerks gave my son some candy as well. Definitely check them out.”
