DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS LOCATION! Guaranteed delivery date/time and not only didn't it leave the facility refund was refused as well when I called. I was sending a time sensitive document and go figure didn't happen. Your better off mailing through USPS or using the facility in Palmdale than here.

5/9/24 approx 16:40, UPS delivery driver Antonio made eye contact with my father in law, wrote a "we missed you" note and left within 45 seconds of touching my doorbell. I chased him down, and he did nothing but give attitude and accuse me of lying while refusing to give me my package in front of my home while I had my ID out and offering signature. 0/5, would not recommend anyone ship high-dollar items with them.

They were really nice people who worked there. When I went to go mail a package back to the company. They told me how much is going to cost. I was shocked and I told them well. I guess I will be keeping it. Very good service.

Update your hours or keep your doors open as stated online through website10am-5pmMonday -FridayLooks like this location does what they please.Store was closed at 4pm.Very frustrating knowing this is the only location around in the area!Next closest ups store would be Victorville nearly 100miles away

The store still hasn't updated their hours, even though they say they care about customers experience and are trying to fix the issues. Obviously not.

Location hours on website and Google read10:00am -5:00pm Monday-FridayPulled into driveway at 4:15pm only to be told that the location closed early because it’s Friday and employees want to go to the fair in town. A Hand written sign was posted on fence with gate locked while UPS drivers were still pulling into the facility to offload.UPS corporate make some adjustments to this location and your employees this is unacceptable.

The lady who processes shipping boxes is very efficient, in and out quick and she is always happy to help.The delivery drivers are good too :)
