Prices on everything are so high anywhere that poor people who've lost jobs can't feed families. Lower prices, better customer support, and quality fresh foods will always bring more business. This is the desert. DON'T sell dented cans!!

I live 75 miles from Ridgecrest. l was having a bad day with car problems radiation therapy a drop off and a couple of things to pick up at Stater Brothers. I finally. pulled into the parking lot and made a beeline for the frozen vegetable and produce, picked up my lettuce and green beans checked out and went out in the hot sun to open my car found it locked and me with no keys and just noticing the cut on my hand
The customer assistant associate gave me his cellphone to call triple A and he and the checker searched the areas I had been in while I waited for triple A out in the parking lot. 15 Minutes later he is bringing the produce they kept in a cool room AND my keys which he found.
All this was done in a very kind professional and competent manner
