Much like many people in the reviews, we felt saved by Paul & Sons on our trip. Lucky for us, our Jeep decided to show signs of overheating as we were approaching Ridgecrest where we went straight to P&S. After an afternoon of diagnostics, they told us they could have us back on the road by the following morning after some repairs and replacements. I was very skeptical given we had the same issue take weeks to be resolved at our local dealership in the past. Not only were we back in biz by the following morning earlier than expected, but through the entire process they were so great to work with. Communicative, honest, fast and overall very friendly. We felt so taken care of by the staff including the front desk (and the dogs) as well as the mechanic we chatted with. I dont wish breaking down in the middle of no where, but if you do, hope there’s a Paul & Sons nearby.

Took my truck in with a transmission problem, took about a week or a little more to get a rare part found and installed. And I was called and updated every step of the way. Great job and great people.

Our water pump went out on a vacation trip from San Diego to Susanville. We called around different shops but no luck. Finally, I spoke to Genesis & ?Brandon? explaining our travel situation. They worked with us and got us back on the road same day. I'm very thankful.

Paul and sons automotive of Ridgecrest California were quick, professional, courteous in every way! They were on seen within minutes to load a tow my truck to there yard ready for repair shop to pick up! I highly recommend this company for all your vehicles needs. They are the best!
