Our family bought a car and sold a van with them. Process was smooth and stress free. Brett helped us though the process and communicated quickly via text/phone. They sold our van in 5 days and we received a good deal. Definitely recommend them :)

Went to them with a car I needed sold, it took a little longer than we all anticipated, but it did sell. They worked with me with pricing, overall not a terrible experience. Had a small miscommunication with the final paperwork,but they were totally professional and actually didn't charge me a fee of 50 bucks that was owed at the end of the sale, was very thankful for that. Overall would recommend.

A wonderful experience with an honest family.I recently purchased a vehicle from Pacific and it was an excellent experience. They worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was satisfied.They are not pushy sales people at all and are instead kind and honest. They will not lie to sell cars or make more money.The vehicle I purchased had a few issues I noticed after completing the purchase and they worked with me to resolve these issues to my satisfaction.They offer wonderful warranty pricing and make 0 profit on the warranties they sell.If you are looking to buy or sell a vehicle there is nowhere in Ridgecrest I'd recommend more than Pacific.- Domenic DAccardo.

Poor customer service and possible bait and switch. I still have not received a copy of my paperwork 4 days after purchase. They also have not notified Tesla that ownership has changed, hence I can’t access my car in the app. I e called Tesla 3 times and they say it’s the dealer, and they won’t assist This has been a less than pleasant experience. Yes they have good stock, but their sales and customer service is shady

Place is nothing but scammers, they want to charge $60k for a used 2wd truck that you can get brand new with 4x4 for $2k more. Save your money and buy from anywhere else
