Needed to stop a fraudulent charge and get a new card, I was in and out of there in less than 15 mins, Great staff very professional, and friendly.

Great credit union, although I'm not a member, I can deposit and withdraw even though my credit union is LOGIX in L.A.They offer "Co-op" with other credit unions which is so convenient!

When it comes to customer service they are the best. I have been denied an auto loan & a cc limit increase, but thats business. I need to increase my credit score. They definitely are wonderful in customer service and consumer protection.
