“I recently purchased an IPhone 15+ and traveled to AT&Ts store in Palmdale to have them transfer data from my old IPhone to my newest. Their employee told us that the first step was to upload everything into iCloud and then transfer it to my new phone. After purchasing more storage space and starting the process she went to help other customers and never came back! We sat there for 2 hours and finally walked out. Fast forward to Thursday, March 21st. I stopped in to see if our local AT&T store (Ridgecrest) could help me. I am thrilled today to say “THANK YOU CODY” for making this an easier process. He is very knowledgeable and thorough!! Wish we had more employees around town just like him! I vote for giving that man a raise! Diana Rodriguez”

“Devin.waa the saving grace and our meeting was by Divine Appointment. The ONLY way you would be able to improve my experience or satisfaction as a customer is a lower monthly service fee. I live on a very limited and fixed income. My Verizon bill represents about 10%.
