I just had the best hair day at Madison Avenue. Lauren Mueller did an amazing job, I have been trying to find a hairstylist that did perms and Lauren from Madison Avenue delivered. She maintained her professionalism through the whole process, asking me questions about what I wanted and offering great advise that I hadn't thought about before. She is my choice for anything hair.
Requested style: I just wanted a really good perm and I am so satisfied with the cut and perm Lauren gave me.

I have been going to Madison Avenue for 24 years and my experience has always been excellent. The salon is always amazingly clean and for a clean freak that's important. The ladies are alway friendly and helpful. Penney Kelley has been my stylist and she is amazing and her prices are great. I will always go there.

My stylist Lauren did the most amazing job. From the cut to color she knew exactly what I wanted and did her magic. My hair looks exactly like I hoped for…. Even better!!! I’m beyond satisfied and absolutely recommend her and the salon!

I'm giving one star for a good haircut.
My sister went in and received two services; hair bleach and nails. She was newly 18 and I decided she would be left in good hands for her dye and cut. I left to work expecting nothing less. I left her a Starbucks drink and some cinnamon rolls.
The RECEPTIONIST that was on duty the day of February 4th, 2022 at 9 am was so unprofessional. My sister said that receptionist kept passing by and picking off her cinnamon rolls. The receptionist would smirk at Becca, the hairstylist. Becca would just giggle and didn't say a thing.
I thought that it was strange when I picked my sister up at 4:30 pm she hadn't finished her snack. She said she had lost her appetite. I would too if a stranger stuck her fingers in my food unsolicited!
So the reason I'm posting this TODAY and not in February is because I suggested that my sister and I get our nails done, to which she replied "not at that salon with Becca because that girl ate my food". This was A week ago today that I found out about the unprofessionalism at that salon. I asked for a call back when the women were in on Tuesday, it is now Friday and I haven't heard from a single person at Madison Ave Salon.
I expected to leave my sister in good hands but was left disappointed when not even her own stylist could stand up for her.
A bad review over cinnamon rolls May be meager to some, but somebody sticking their fingers in my food, especially without asking first is disrespectful. This made me feel that Becca, the receptionist, and the others who work at that salon saw my sister as a lesser human being that didn't deserve the common decency of asking her permission.
I hope that Madison Ave Salon values it's guests more than this, but I couldn't even get a call back, so I doubt it.

Rachel was incredible, after two years of abusing and neglecting my hair, she gave it new life and I feel like a new person!! She did it exactly how I wanted and my hair is brand new, silky smooth, and MANAGEABLE!! Cant wait to go back to her for maybe a skincare treatment or my next haircut

Really nice people, Amanda is so helpful with my problem hair and I'm getting compliments on my new style. I especially appreciate the suggestions on products that can be found at other places and not a "hard sell". Also, the facility is spotless, and everyone is friendly.

I came here yesterday to see Angie for Brazilian waxing. She was amazing. Fast, gentle, and friendly. I totally recommend her!
