I am allergic to gel polish and a different salon had applied gel polish to my toes after I told them about my allergies. I came in to Luxury Nails for the first time to get the gel removed and to get a pedicure. The nail tech did a fantastic job! My feet are so smooth and she was very thorough with the gel removal while also being gentle with my feet. The salon is very clean and they had a large team to minimize wait times. I will definitely be coming back!

Showed up at 4:30 with no appointment and only waited 15 minutes to get in. Manicure was done in about 25 minutes. Fantastic job.

I have been getting my nails done for a very long time, and I have never had my gel nails peel off. It hadn't been even 2 weeks yet, and they are peeling... plus, I noticed that the old female nail tech was very sloppy with the top coat, and it ran onto the side of my finger. Everyone knows that if that happens, clean it up, or it will eventually lift, and that's what it exactly did. The gel coat was very thin, and in the sun, you could see the botchyness. Wasted $35.. Will never go back.

Never again. I take pride in my nails and feet. It look like I have been doing yard work for 2 weeks. They did not even shape my nails. And paint was messed up b 4 I left and he did not fix it.Services: Pedicure

Excellent service! My nails look amazing! The only downside today is that someone damaged my car in the parking lot and whoever it was, wasn't kind enough to own up to what they did! I will definitely come here again but I will park far away from the entrance.

I’ve been here 3 times and EVERY SINGLE time, they have charged me for the upgraded pedicure, despite me making it abundantly clear at the beginning that I only wanted the basic. one of the times the tech told me she would paint a design on my toe for free. she lied. I was charged for it. I just don't feel like they're honest and that they are always scheming to over charge me. It's also really dirty and dingy in there. the last time I went I was sitting in a chair in the back and could see where they "clean" their tools and hands. Not once did I see an employee use soap or disinfectant, just a quick rinse with water. The towels that they use to wipe dead skin and gunk on is shaken on the floor and judging by the floor, doesn't get mopped up frequently. In just praying I don't lose a foot after my last and final pedicure there.Service: Pedicure
