We had our 2023 taxes done with Ms. Danielle Rumber. What a professional,efficient, friendly,helpful. Kind and all around excellent employee !!! We had a few issues during this time with Pin Numbers and she was so very readily available to guide us in the right direction to accomplish this task. !!! Liberty Tax is a wonderful place for doing your taxes. I have been with them since 2010. I have tried other places an was not satisfied. The Lady Danielle was amazing an very pleasant and professional to work with. She answered all my questions and made filing taxes easier then ever. If you need a place to go, Go to Liberty Tax. I went in this morning and made an appointment for 3pm today. The only reason I wanted to use them is because I couldn't get in with H&R until Wednesday. As she stared with my taxes a lady walked in with a problem, no appointment and she got served before me. I waited for 10 mins. I grabbed my documents and left. Never again will I give them a chance.
