Customer service here is terrible. The older lady is very rude and snappy. I was trying to support a small local business but I would rather spend my money elsewhere because good customer service is everything. She also requires customers to wear a mask but the entire time in the store she has her mask down! I do not recommend this business at all!!

answered the phone and said “we don’t accept calls until we open” when it says online that they were open. so rude and unprofessional. won’t be giving them my business?

Terrible. Whoever the rep or owner is that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. Google maps brings you to the wrong location, when I called to try to locate this business she told me "it isn't that hard to find and she was on an important phone call". How about you don't answer the phone if you're busy instead of answering and being rude, or better yet, update your business address to avoid the foolishness.
