Such a great experience here! We needed a hotel room for our family on a long road trip and found this little gem. I almost booked at 2 other hotels in the area, but then read the reviews and customers found bed bugs so we kept looking. This place is SO clean!! Either this is a newer hotel or maintained perfectly. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, immaculate, and great customer service. Evan at the front desk was super nice and inviting as was the girl in the morning (can't remember her name at the moment). Definitely reccomend!
Rooms: Comfortable beds, super clean, fridge, microwave, nice towels.

Terrible customer service. Couldn’t get checkout later than 1PM, not even 15 minutes, even though I am a Diamond member. As a result, I didn’t get a shower that day, because who needs one of those after changing a tire on an RV in the desert? Almost had issues checking in late the night before because their computers were “down”, only reason I was able to check in is because I have the app and was able to use that. I would have been SOL otherwise.

Hotel is very clean, very spacious, with very warm reception staff, and such a complete breakfast.
It has been recently modernized, and the value for money is excellent. I would recommend it if you need to stop in your trip to Death Valley.

Perfect hotel. Such a nice refuge out in the middle of nowhere. Clean rooms , great staff and good breakfast. We stayed here the night before our day at Death Valley park. The park was a let down but the Hampton Inn Ridgecrest was great.

Great experience at this Hampton Inn, especially when it comes to service. I had to be in Ridgecrest for work, so I needed to stay the night. I arrived at Ridgecrest around noon (well before my scheduled check-in time of 3pm) and needed to use the restroom, so I figured I'd use the restroom in the lobby of the hotel. On my way by the front desk, I asked where the restroom was and felt I should explain that I had a room in the hotel that night but hadn't checked in yet, as I was too early (didn't want them thinking I was just some random using their restroom - LOL). On my way back out through the lobby after using the restroom, they offered to go ahead and check me into one of the other available rooms while I was there. How kind! Now I can drop my stuff off before going to work, which was very nice.
Overall, the room I stayed in (not sure what type, because of the nature of my check-in as described above, but it was room 339) was nice and clean, very spacious for a hotel room.

This hotel is FRAUD!!!!!! They double charged me for $200 and lied to me! I was asked to pay at check in even I prepaid on Expedia. At first I thought it was deposit but later they charged me for deposit and They lied and said this is an extra requirement fee from Expedia and it won’t went through. I confirmed several times with the front desk lady Sabrina and she said if they charged me that money we could tell her manager to fire her. But apparently the manager is also ACCOMPLICE. there is nobody answering any phones after tens of attempts to reach them. I will report this situation to Hilton and hope all of them get fired! I was cheated by the high review score but apparently this is not the first time they fraud on the customers!

I am a stickler for cleanliness at hotels and this hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, didn't smell, and was comfortable. We had a dog with us so I was leary, but no issues at all. The breakfast was good, employees friendly and helpful, and the parking lot well-lit. Soo happy and grateful, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff!Food & drinks: Their coffee/coffee bar was really good. But, there is also a Starbucks within walking distance.

update: Hotel replied my comment and left a number. Not surprised, cannot reach the manager again.- - - - -Charged me with the same room twice. Front desk denied when I double checked and then I got home to see two charges. Besides that, there is no way to reach the manager of this hotel?

I found myself looking for a place to stay the night while driving through Ridgecrest Ca. After checking the reviews of local hotels I checked myself in here. My first impression was a good one. The place was clean and neat. My room was on the third floor with a nice view of the mountains. Spotless and nicely decorated. 4 comfy pillows per bed. The room had a nice refrigerator and microwave. What a great place. And on top of this they offer a breakfast at no charge. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cerial, fruit, and hot coffee. I highly recommend staying here.
