Although the staff was extremely polite, and i had no issue getting an appointment, the actual waxing service performed was atrocious. It cost $15 for an eyebrow shaping and wax, along with an upper lip wax. I normally get the bottoms and tops of my eyebrows waxed. The staff only did the bottom. They did not comb or trim my brows. I had to ask them to wax in between the brows. As for the upper lip wax, I have no complaints, but it's kinda difficult to mess that up. I just expected more especially for the price. I will be looking for another salon.
