The floors were absolutely disgusting in the room we stayed in. My child’s feet were BLACK after walking barefoot in the room for about 2 minutes. We tried to clean it a little with wipes and the dirt and grime just never stopped coming up. ?

Passing thru and needed a place for the night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was decent, clean, no smell and the air conditioning worked well. It is an exterior entrance motel, so I knew what to expect. Overall not bad at all for the price. Would stay there again.

Wife and I had a King room here- we slept very comfortably. The air conditioner in our room worked like it was new! Place appears to be possibly recently remodeled as I noticed alot of the furniture in my room appeared new. Staff was very nice and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Clarion Inn!!!

Paper thin walls. 1st room we looked at, we could hear everything the neighbor said. The 2nd room had no water pressure. We then got our money back and left.

Needing a key to get into the gym and the pool is frustrating. But the front desk guy was professional and courteous and not too annoyed with me I hope.
Messy grounds.
Horrible buffet.
Expensive.

It's not as beautiful as she once was, but the staff do their best! One of the 3 best hotels in Ridgecrest. The pool is a nice way to end the day!

Nothing works. I booked this place bc I wanted a hot shower after being on the road for a week. This place boasted it had a sauna, hot tub, and restaurant.The first room (165) I was given had a mere trickle of water in the bathroom sink. I called the front desk and was kindly offered a second room (139).The second room was a joke. First of all, it had a malfunctioning key entry (see videos). I barely slept because I didn’t feel safe. To make matters worse, second room had a mattress with an inclining foot-of-the-bed. (See video) …Y’all this is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel. I literally slept with my head at the foot of the bed so my blood didn’t pool in my head. They have hotel staff, why has no one reported this? The only reason I didn’t was because I was already on my second room here.Now, let’s talk about the water temp. First off, the hot and cold were directionally backwards in the shower. Once I figured that out, even cranked all the way up, the water was barely warm. I’ve had hotter showers at campgrounds.The sauna dials just spun and it did not turn on. So don’t count on warming up in there either.I sat at their mostly-empty restaurant for 30-45 mins watching 2 servers and a bartender wait on about 20 people. The server who sat me never came back to take my order.The hot tub and pool are borderline green. So I couldn’t enjoy that either.Oh yes. Finally, there are no wall outlets by the bed to charge your devices. I had to pull the lousy excuse of a bed out from the wall and unplug their lamp to have an outlet to charge my phone.I’d recommend avoiding this place.Safety: Since my door was malfunctioning I didn’t feel safe at all.

Very nice, like how the toilet and shower are separate from the sink and closet as well is its separate room. Had a nice fridge microwave nice TV Samsung bigger than usual. Nice bedding and colors. Heating and cooling worked excellent. Mattress nice. Free breakfast which they had actual hot food and fresh juice. Fresh bagels and English muffins muffins and coffee. They had little containers of milk and even to go plates if you needed to get to work. Quiet as well. I think it's the best place I stayed at so far. We cleaned their hoods in the restaurant the night before and the restaurant staff were awesome. Everything was clean and professional. Thank you for your services it's nice to be cared for properly.

Food & drinks: Food and drinks were ok. After talki g to the head server, service was Excellent. Orders were taken in a timely manner, and served very well. It did take a longer than expected time fir the cook staff to orepare the meals - perhaps they need additional knowledgeable kitchen staff. The serving staff could not have been more polite and accommodating. The food was very good and worth the price.
