“The two ladies working the morning of July 24th were life savers. I had a reservation but they didn’t have enough vehicles. They went out of their way to make sure I got a rental car. It was very stressful and I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest customer when I was in full panic mode thinking I was stuck there and I’d miss my flight but within 15 minutes I had a car and was out of the door.
Just for info, if you have an international number (in my case, Canada) they cannot call you in regard to your reservation. Not entirely sure why. Next time hopefully Enterprise will use the email on file instead.”
