“Previous: I was looking for an interior handle for the driver's side of my 2002 Miata. This place had the handle according to a website. So I called them, and the guy on the phone confirmed that they had it. I then asked him if it was chrome plated or black, because I wanted chrome plated. He said it was chrome plated, so I placed an order. It just arrived and it is... black.
Update: Sierra made good on the refund. Communication with Joe was excellent. And he's right, it was an honest mistake, and I should have contacted him about it first instead of leaving a poor review. Changing it to five stars.”
