“Called at open for a front end tire change and was told I could come immediately. I’m impressed. They had the job done in 15 minutes changed, balanced and on. Very decent priced. Was estimated 30 minutes and done in half the time.”
“Much like many people in the reviews, we felt saved by Paul & Sons on our trip. Lucky for us, our Jeep decided to show signs of overheating as we were approaching Ridgecrest where we went straight to P&S. After an afternoon of diagnostics, they told us they could have us back on the road by the following morning after some repairs and replacements. I was very skeptical given we had the same issue take weeks to be resolved at our local dealership in the past. Not only were we back in biz by the following morning earlier than expected, but through the entire process they were so great to work with. Communicative, honest, fast and overall very friendly. We felt so taken care of by the staff including the front desk (and the dogs) as well as the mechanic we chatted with. I dont wish breaking down in the middle of no where, but if you do, hope there’s a Paul & Sons nearby.”
“I got a flat tire on a Tuesday night. When I swapped to my spare, I judged that it was just good enough to get the car to T&T. Unfortunately they didn't have any tires my size in stock and would have to order some for me. They found a used tire that would hold me over until the new set came in and loaned it to me to use while I waited. I am just so impressed by their customer service and by how willing they were to work with me and help me out. I have found my new go to tire shop in Ridgecrest.”

“I was driving home to LA from Mammoth mountain and I had my car had an error code and needed to stop. Luckily I stopped by Auto Kool Service and they checked the system and indicated the problem right away. They helped clean out the filter, cleared the error code, and advised me to the closest Audi dealership in case I continued to have the problem. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I was very thankful I found them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”
“I worked on my car on a really windy day and ended up having the wind blow into my hood and break my hinges causing my hood to land straight onto my windshield before leaving outta town. I called the very next week to schedule an appointment and Ryan and his wife we’re very friendly and helpful over the phone and when it came to the day of my new windshield installment. Had my car in at 12:20, had me out by 1. Fast and professional work! Love to support local family shops !”

“I moved from Tehachapi about a year and a half ago. For nearly four or five years, my Challenger would have issues passing smog, because of the check engine light would not go off. I payed auto shops in Tehachapi close to a $1,000 yearly to "fix" my vehicle. Only for the light to come back on weeks later after is would finally pass. It was incredible frusterating, because the vehicle would never break down...
With some sort of serendipity was extremely fortunate to have the help of Auto's for less early last year. The Father and Son duo, are a team. They are honest and respectful. They might not tell you what you want to hear at firt, BUT by golly, its the truth so just listen... They fixed my check engine light the beginning of last year, and it has NEVER CAM BACK ON! This is the second year in a row my car has passed smog with flying colors!!! I have the up most respect in this shops knollege and work of vehicles.

“I was on the road 200 miles away from home and having problems with my dual tank fuel system The auxiliary tank would not deliver fuel. Juan took me late morning on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. Took a test drive with me to see what I was talking about. He was able to diagnose the problem and stayed well past his closing time to help me and charged me a very reasonable rate for what he did, especially on a holiday weekend.”
