Basic routine repairs took three times the expected amount of time. Extremely high prices and extremely long wait time for such basic repairs with all the excuses in the world to back it up. Absolutely awful experience. They had my car for well over two weeks and the told me I didn't know how to fix it. The guy has no idea what he's doing.

Jay is the best. He is the only one I trust to work on our 535xi. He recently did a big job for use replacing both turbos, bank 1 and 2 O2 sensor, oil pan gasket and repaired some wiring damage from rodents. Jay kept us up to date via email on a regular basis.
