So happy we decided to go with Adams Jewelers. I was in a bind because my ring needed to be downsized 3 sizes. The shape of the ring made it a challenge and other jewelers in town refused to help me. He assured me I was in good hands and he could get it done and explained the process to me very professionally. I requested that the wording on the inside of the ring to please be saved and he said it would be a challenge because of how many sizes they'd have to go down. Thankfully he was able to save the wording and the ring fits perfectly! He got it done in no time and the price was so reasonable. He was professional and so kind. This is our new go to jeweler. Thank you Adams Jewelers! We appreciate your service and the care you put into my ring that means so much to us.

I'm not even sure where to begin here. I bought my engagement ring from here back in June of 2019. I ordered a platinum, cathedral style engagement ring.First issue - I sold a diamond my mom gave me in exchange for the wedding band to take some of the price off. My mom's diamond was a certified diamond. I naively assumed he was selling me a certified diamond, which he did not. So essentially I got swindled since he never brought this up. Make sure to ask if the diamond he is giving you is certified. I'm not 100% this guy is even a certified Jeweler, his appraisal is generic and doesn't list any kind of registration. The only proof you have in the value of your jewelry is a document he types up and signs.Second issue - the band has broke about 3 times in four years. My wife has had to get it repaired repeatedly and its not like shes some insane body builder or something. She works from home, take it off when she works out, I honestly don't know how it could get damaged with what she does.Third issue - the diamonds are loose on the band already, we have to pay to get them reset in the band, probably due to the second issue above. This has happened multiple times, one time we had to replace two diamonds. This time luckily none of have fallen out yet.Fourth issue - the main diamond is chipped. Since the first issue, the diamond not being certified, there's no guarantee my wife's diamond was ever sold without a chip or someone could have swapped the diamond out.Bottom line - I wouldn't ever buy anything here again. I paid $10k for a ring for my wife that she is extremely disappointed with and is probably worth half of the value due to all the issues listed above so I couldn't swap the diamond out at another jeweler without paying a fortune more. The only good thing is I learned a lot about buying expensive jewelry.

This review is a long time coming. In summary, we were left with a very bad impression and the whole ordeal felt sleazy. In 2016 I decided to purchase a very nice diamond inlaid wedding band for my wife from Adams. The whole ordeal felt very car salesman which left me feeling uneasy but I went with it since I prefer supporting local business. The band broke, leaving sharp metal and making it impossible to wear. So we took it back to Adams in 2017 and they wanted to charge us because it had been a month past their year warranty. I understand that warranties protect business from wear and tear costs, but this was not wear and tear as they claimed, and they were quite rude about it too. A BAND should not break in a year, that's just poor craftsmanship. Of course they wouldn't hear that and we left paying far too much for a wedding band that we now realized was of questionable quality. We chose to not pay hundreds on a repair and purchased a new, even more dainty band from a reputable company. It is now 2023 and 6 years in we've never had an issue with the new band that WASN'T from Adams. I'm sure that I was just unlucky and that's fine--that isn't what gives Adams a 1 star from me--but being a small business owner myself, I can't imagine putting a simple repair before customer satisfaction over a clearly poorly made ring only a month out of the wear and tear warranty. Why am I just now reviewing them? Because jewelry should always be heirloom quality, but I'm not an expert on the subject. After gaining more experience and dealing with other jewelers, I am now certain that this review is, in fact, deserved.

Adam's jewelry may not get the most publicity as they should but they have been great everytime that I've needed something quickly. Beautiful selection and absolutely great prices! Don't buy anything without including Adam's in your research. Very friendly, patient and helpful.
