I don't recommend a place with bad service, they never answer the phone, apart from that you make an appointment and they make you wait for a long time when they already attend to you, they start talking about their life or things when in reality they should be doing their job since one is going to the agency. Why do you need to complete the procedure not to have a sociable life since everything must be done in due course?

LESS than 1 star Made an appt to be seen concerning a personal matter that - after Id been there for 15 minutes - the banker wanted to discuss with me on the floor with everyone in the bank within earshot.... Waited an hour to be seen and in that time spoke with another person who had also been waiting for 40 minutes. If you can't keep the appts - don't make the appts available!! Also in that time other customers were being seen by the branch manager with no one checking in to explain why others were being seen before me, no apologies for the wait, so this is obviously business as usual. So it seemed the best thing to do was to make an appt for another branch and am hopeful their service will be better than this one! So....lookout Elmwood! See you Wednesday 10/11/23 at 10:30!

Rude employees! Work somewhere else if you don't want to deal with customers. Also, there are bums and people selling junk around the parking lot. Avoid

Maybe 20 customers in line. One teller who kept getting interrupted by other bank workers with wuestu. It is Wednesday. Got her around 1:30. Been in line for 45 mins to move by 1 customer. 2 more remains in front.

Be really carefull with the deposit please ??I went to deposit my money at this branch and the money was not deposited on my account. Luckily, (next day) i checked my mobile app to see my balance and i found it, Made me soooo much frustrated, besides of deposit , it was showing withdrawn from the account. Banker are the trustworthy people but don’t believe them .if i dont claim it they wont find it either.. Next day i went to the branch and i dont get the good service either. Manger and other staff even dont feel sorry for their mistakes. such a bad customer service. BE CAREFUL ITS TOO MUCH

Dismal, service is awful, I can remember a time I love been here that the line isn't super long and today it's out the door and around the side of the bank. you'd think there giving away a free toaster! Wells Fargo is an example of what lack of service looks like. Upon getting inside I saw only one teller working three others standing around. If my employer didn't bank with these guys I wouldn't be here.
