I don't recommend a place with bad service, they never answer the phone, apart from that you make an appointment and they make you wait for a long time when they already attend to you, they start talking about their life or things when in reality they should be doing their job since one is going to the agency. Why do you need to complete the procedure not to have a sociable life since everything must be done in due course?

Be really carefull with the deposit please ??I went to deposit my money at this branch and the money was not deposited on my account. Luckily, (next day) i checked my mobile app to see my balance and i found it, Made me soooo much frustrated, besides of deposit , it was showing withdrawn from the account. Banker are the trustworthy people but don’t believe them .if i dont claim it they wont find it either.. Next day i went to the branch and i dont get the good service either. Manger and other staff even dont feel sorry for their mistakes. such a bad customer service. BE CAREFUL ITS TOO MUCH

Dismal, service is awful, I can remember a time I love been here that the line isn't super long and today it's out the door and around the side of the bank. you'd think there giving away a free toaster! Wells Fargo is an example of what lack of service looks like. Upon getting inside I saw only one teller working three others standing around. If my employer didn't bank with these guys I wouldn't be here.

Maybe 20 customers in line. One teller who kept getting interrupted by other bank workers with wuestu. It is Wednesday. Got her around 1:30. Been in line for 45 mins to move by 1 customer. 2 more remains in front.

Bad service on the first days of the month, many people in line and only two windows open and they never solve the problem you may have.

The tellers here are very friendly and professional. They do get really busy, so you have to free up a good time of your day before going. Bank runs are generally never in and out. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for more than 10 years.

Worst bank ever I don't recommend this bank to anyone they taking forever to serve you and they let you wait outside in the street even if it's sunny rain or cold band they do have bad customer service with a bad attitude too
