“UPS lost my $80 tracked package. Their customer service has spent days lying about it and avoiding connecting me to anybody responsible. So there's not much I can do about that. I don't know Oakland Packaging & Supply, but 5 stars for not being UPS!”

“As far as I can tell... this place is packed full of Professional, Hard working, Dedicated and Helpful People. Gate 31 is like a portal to another world. "Planet Chevron", a potentially, scary and very confusing place. Boy! Was I ever WRONG! It's been 4 years now, and my experience, Each, and every time, is ALWAYS, the same. No matter, what Area, or Department, from the Gate/Scale House personnel the Individual Operators, it's been a Constructive Pleasure to interact with all of them. Truthfully, no matter what day of the week, or time of day, I look forward Any DAY, that includes Chevron "Richmond" on my list of customers.”
