Don't judge a place by its neighborhood. They have excellent service here.

This place was very disorganized with poorly labeled lines, and they didn’t accept my insurance.

Worst pharmacy ever a bunch of low life workers who don’t give a damn about their job and cheated their way through school. Please close them the hell down!!!

When are they closing this one??? Absolutely horrible, inside out!!! I definitely had to change pharmacies because of the long waits and the long line(s) if there was a way to give NO stars…

1) It took 9 people waiting in line at front cashier before a clerk appeared and opened a 2nd register.2) Dirty looking store with 5 people in line waiting for pharmacy to open after lunch. Several of them had covid-like symptoms, coughing and unmasked.3) Store clerk would not honor a Walgreens coupon even when clearly shown the coupon was valid on mobile phone, then gave false info/excuse that the price was already less than the "regular price". A later call to Walgreens national customer service and a visit to another Walgreens location confirmed the coupon was valid.4) For customers who want to avoid the health risk of going into store, curb side pick up is only available with minimum $10 purchase. (Very strange - a healthcare related store that creates barriers to customer safety.)

Ridiculous to have no evening or weekend pharmacy hours. Even worse that they regularly tell patients that their prescriptions aren't there when they've already been ordered. I don't know how this location stays in business.

The lines at this Walgreens are insane! I'm here to pick up my meds and there are 12 people in front of me! They said they are short staffed and the pharmacy cashier (the Indian looking one was extremely rude). This is unacceptable! To management- do better!

So, this is about FedEx who was supposed to deliver a package to me. I wasn't home and apparently, they chose to look for the most ratchet Walgreens ever for me to pick up my package. There are two that are much closer to me, in my same city, but apparently they wanted me to suffer. So I got there at 7:45, figured they'd open at 8, and that I'd be on my way at 8:05-8:06 to my job 12 minutes away. There were five people in front of me, including someone delivering sodas. The soda guy was let in at 7:52 to stock the shelves (what he was doing when I was let in). An employee came in at 7:58 and used her key to get in and one of the guys waiting went in with her. Turns out he was the security guard. At 7:55 a woman came over to the doors and swung her arm in the air and waved at something near the door. I thought she was letting us in early. But no. At 8:06 she did the same waving motion on both sides of the doors. She then produced a key and opened the doors and disappeared. As I entered, I was told that I had to go to the photography department to pick up my package. So I went and the lady with the keys greeted me. I gave her my notice and my identification and she told me that she couldn't get the package for me because it was under my husband's name. I call BS. UPS releases packages to me for him all of the time. And if she didn't believe me then she should have just said so. But now it's 8:15 and I have to get to work.I resented them thoroughly, but this store is so ghetto. And 30 minutes to not get my package was a lot. But it gets better. I had to pick my husband up from work to take him. I didn't go inside because I was convinced I wouldn't get my "I told you so" sense of satisfaction. But it took my husband a long time to come out. He finally came to the door and told me that there was a guy behind the counter and he couldn't find it! What? If I didn't have our belongings out in the open I would have gone in. I told him, the woman in the morning found it right away. Did she hide it? The guy behind the counter had a hard time finding the package, so 15 minutes later, my husband walked away with it.This is absolutely the worst store I've been in. And all I wanted was to pick up my package (it was for both of us). If a CA driver's license with my name and address on it isn't good enough to get the package, then that's problematic.
