Simply the best. Impeccable, expert customer service from people who seem like instant friends, run out of a vast redwood-domed hangar of a showroom that's worth a visit even if you're not in the market for a carpet. Small local business owned by a man who started working there as a teenager and ended up owning the shop. A wide selection of carpets, with a very generous selection of remainder bolts at prices that will make you happy. We chose a lovely carpet on Wednesday afternoon and our bedroom was finished --- wall-to-wall--- *on Thursday morning* (!)... Rare in this world to find such a thoughtfully curated, copacetic shopping experience. Tradeway 4ever!

My husband and I had been talking for months about redoing the flooring in a hallway in our home, but one of our big obstacles was what flooring/carpeting company to go with. I am so unbelievably thankful we found Tradeway Flooring. Darryl Johnson, and his right-hand man, Daniel, were so welcoming from the day we first walked into this huge, gigantic warehouse of flooring material – everything you can imagine. Even though our hallway job was small, they helped guide us through the different types of flooring, things to consider when choosing a flooring material, and how to pick out the right color and shade of flooring based on the size and amount of light in the hallway. We were able to bring home samples and swapped these out a few times in the process of choosing just the right color/pattern/composition for our hallway. We made an appointment with the installer, Martine, who also helped guide us through what to expect. We made a date for the installation, and all went perfectly. We love our hallway floor. The next flooring project we have, we will use Tradeway Flooring. These folks are the best!

Darryl was awesome to work with. He was very very professional and he communicated throughout the day with me with updates. He was able to send out an Independent installer the same day to measure the floors. Absolutely recommend Tradeway Flooring!

Big selection of carpet/rugs with great prices and various options for customizing as well as other flooring. I’ve only purchased rugs/customized but plan to also get hard floors for my construction. Daryll and Daniel were very pleasant, diligent and helpful, 5 stars all around!

Very impressed with the selection and knowledge of the rugs being sold at Tradeway. The owner is very interested to please, and relies more on quality service and value than pressure sales tactics. So happy to have found Tradeway Flooring.

First I made the mistake to go to HD, because I had seen a vinyl on line that I liked for our new laundry room and adjacent guest bedroom. After 3 stores and several hours, I was none the wiser, it was a nightmare. Surprise? No. Stupid idea. So, next on the list was my trusted neighborhood store Tradeway, now moved to a fancy new location. Not only had they the vinyl I liked, it came with topnotch service. Caring, knowledgeable and uber-competent Darryl, the owner, made sure it arrived before our deadline, although it was a custom order. I have known Tradeway for nearly 30 years now, and come to think of it, I have never left their store empty handed. There was always the right flooring for the right price somewhere. We have installed the gorgeous wood-look floor and it is beautiful. Thank you Tradeway! Again!

This flooring purchase is the fourth or fifth time we have used Tradeway. Darryl and Daniel always offer exceptional service, quality products, and the best pricing. In this instance, we were working under a tight timeline. Darryl worked the phones with suppliers and referred us to a great contractor, Erick Canas, who installed the carpet and new baseboards throughout the house. Darryl sets a very high bar and always delivers superior service and products.

I've bought flooring from Tradeway for two homes now. Tradeway has the most comprehensive selection of different flooring options - carpet, tile, LVP, engineered hardwood, etc. so I only need to go to Tradeway to find what I need. The prices are always the best when I compare them with other flooring companies. Darryl and his team are wonderful. The communication is excellent while waiting for our flooring to arrive and they even were able to deliver the product (which would not have fit in my truck as it was a big order). Recently the manufacturer sent the wrong type of stair bullnose and Darryl fixed the issue very quickly, even had someone on his team drive to Sacramento to pick up the pieces we needed for our project.
