I recently had a tire rotation done at this place and I was very impressed with the service. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient, completing the job quickly. They also suggested that a wheel alignment wasn't necessary at this time, which I appreciated as it showed their honesty and integrity. I'll definitely return for future car maintenance needs.

Extremely satisfied with their work and services. I’ve changed my car’s tires and got wheel alignment, i had to come back after a month for some inspection and they did take care of everything. 5 starts for the after sell service ,i am satisfied and highly recommend anyone to do business with them.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO GET YOUR BRAKES/ROTORS OR ANY SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR REVIEW I WOULD!!!!
I came to get a brake job done (brakes/rotors) and I picked up original parts from Lexus and just need them installed on my car. I was then scheduled an appointment to get the job done.
When my car was ready, I was called 30 minutes before closing and got there 10 minutes before they closed. As I was driving home I noticed how the brakes sounded awful and I did not feel safe driving my car.
The next day I called and explain to the two Indian brothers that worked there, I told them my brakes are squeaking very bad and screeching which they should not be and they told me that it’s normal. I told them I’ve had my brakes done before and never experience this. Also, they forgot to reset the emergency brake….
They told me to bring my car in and they “claimed” they fix the problem. I then asked what happened why were they squeaking and screeching so bad??? I was told that
“the mechanic and the tech did not install the brakes and rotors correctly”
Which I already assume because of the loud squeaking/screeching… I was also told that they forgot to reset the emergency break as well…
I then asked how is this even possible? These are brakes that we are changing!!! This is a life and death situation!!!’ I could’ve been hurt because of someone not doing their job correctly!
I set up an appointment with Lexus and they told me the brakes/rotors job was done very poorly! Whoever did the job did not do them correctly and didn’t install the “shims” which is causes the squeaking/screeching noise which cost me an additional $500+ dollars…
After I went to Lexus, they told me to contact whoever did my brakes/rotors….
I pulled up and both brothers were there. I told them that I had to take my car to the dealership and they told me to contact whoever did my brakes/rotors because they did a poor job as well not putting the “shims” on.
They told me that they did not forget to do anything and why I did not come back? I was confused by that question because you guys messed up my car twice? Why would I keep coming back and let you guys cause more damage! That’s why I went to the dealership!
One of the brothers said that he personally drove the car and there was no squeaking or screeching and I asked him are you a certified mechanic??? Because you keep telling me that everything that I’m complaining about is normal and it’s not also you said that last time and I’m continuing to have the same problems… he tells me he’s not a certified mechanic, and I told him then he should not be telling me what’s normal and not normal because this is not your scope of practice… after that, he gets angry and tells me he cannot do anything…and they laugh in my face????
I told him so we cannot move forward with anything? You guys basically messed up my brand new parts that I paid $800 for from the dealership (with the receipt) and I brought the diagnostic that shows them the causes of why the brakes are squeaking/screeching…
I told them you guys did a poor brake/rotor job and damaged my new parts because someone did not do their job correctly. I then asked is there a number that I can call so I can get further assistance both brothers told me no there’s nothing I can do…. Basically wasted my time and money….
Like I said, please do not bring your car here. They are not professional at all!

Extremely satisfied with their work and how they do business. They worked on my truck with installing a lift kit by rough country and they recommended some wheels that exceeded my expectations. I am satisfied with the results and highly recommend anyone to do business with them.

Great service, fast turnaround, excellent prices. My Prius needed new tires and their out the door price was $300 less than joe’s tires. They gave me a quote over the phone, gave me a great price, and did all 4 tires and an alignment in about an hour.
