Highly recommend. Bryan provided top drawer, expert customer service. He was a friendly and excellent communicator and answered all of our questions in detail. We shopped around and found that The Floor Store offered options that were important to us that other stores did not offer. Pricing was great, and Hank and his installation team was efficient, on schedule, skilled, and totally professional. The so-called "discount" carpet stores don't offer the options and service that The Floor Store provides. No need to shop anywhere else.

Gabriella was very welcoming upon entering the store..She was also knowledgeable about the products on hand. Helpful in coordinating the delivery and installers at a workable time and was
always quick to advise of any changes. The floor is more than expected and I would highly recommend this service to anyone interested in using your company.

We love our new kitchen floors. The materials and workmanship was top notch. They offered 12 months same as cash financing to boot. Really elevated the whole look of our kitchen. Danny was funny and fun as he guided us through the whole process.

We looked at many flooring stores before we found Rick Button at The Floor Store (between Int 5 and 805 on Central Ave) in Albany. He "got" that we did not want the "latest" tile/stone kitchen floor in a 100-year old house with an old-style, actively used kitchen. He showed us the right vinyl to complement the real-wood cabinets and walked us through each element of the cost estimate, explaining options that might save us money. Next came exact, on-site measurements of our oddly shaped kitchen: many doors, an island, and appliances that are difficult to move. Our fabulous installers, Eduardo and Danny, expertly moved the appliances, replaced the underfloor (which had hidden water damage) and unrolled the gigantic piece of vinyl--they had to cut it in the driveway and carry it upstairs! By the end of the day we had the look we wanted at a price just UNDER the original estimate! These folks know their business and we're so glad we found them.

We bought laminate flooring and bathroom tile at the Floor Store. We were served by Tarik Mellali. He was very good to deal with. We had one problem which he worked with us to make it right. I'd shop there again. Recommended!

Tarik at the Richmond store was very knowledgeable in explaining our options for a bedroom floor in our home. We learned a lot about laminate vs engineered hardwood and Tarik's explanation of the products made our decision so much easier! The installation went very smoothly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our new floor!

Great experience with the floor store. We replaced all of the flooring in our house with vinyl. The floor store has a great selection of materials. Richard Button helped my wife select flooring and then quickly came out to do the measurements. Some material needed to be ordered, but it arrived quickly and installation started shortly after. The installation crew knew what they were doing. Floors look great, we're really happy with the service. Will return for future flooring needs.

We are so happy that we chose The Floor Store for our hardwood floor installation in our new home. Tarik our sales professional was super responsive to all our inquiries, gave us very fair pricing and only charged us material at-cost when an unforeseen issue came up that required it. And we couldn't have had a better installer than Angel - he paid incredible attention to detail and was a perfectionist every step of the way. He treated the installation as if it was his own home. I am pleased I selected The Floor Store because of 1) selection and 2) service. They had by far the widest selection for my needs. I needed a lot of education on the new products and took a long time deciding, but Brian was so patient with me. He was pleasant and fun to work with. And he followed up on the process. The installers, Johnathon and Paulo, were polite, professional and considerate. They paid a lot of attention to detail. The final product looks great. They went above and beyond, as if it was their own house. I will be back later for the next rooms.

I bought flooring from the the Albany store and when I got the to last closet I was short 5 boards. I called them but the phones were down, so I called the office in Richmond and I explained to Randy I only needed 5 boards. he said he would check if they had it in stock and would call me back. After 15 mins, Randy called back and said he had the 5 boards and he would just have them ready at will call for no charge. I was able to get them free of charge the next day. Now that is great customer service. I'm would definitely recommend them. This company is top notch and the floor came out great.

We replaced carpeting throughout an 80s house and had an excellent experience with the floor store. Tarik helped us choose a high quality wood flooring and helped us take advantage of current sale and was extremely responsive and professional. In this day and age when it's hard to find people who can take on home improvement projects we felt so lucky to have Angel install our flooring. He is a true craftsman and pointed out details to ensure our floors were laid out and installed to look perfect and silent minimizing existing squeaky floorboards. The team was a pleasure to work with and made sure the work and cleanup was complete for our move in.
