Came to upgrade all my 5 iPhones for my family plan to the lastest iPhone 15 and get the required plan of GO5G plus to trade in the old phone for new ones. In the website it says 220/mo tax and fees included but at the store it goes way up and then you gotta pay $35 per phone for reactivation minus one cause 3rd line is free but then they want you to add a free Apple Watch with the maxes and add $5 a month per watch. She was nice and helpful at first and even took some fees out but at the end of the day once I told her it was too much she tried to get my uncle to get off the family plan which would ruin our low phone bill. WTH! I came in here to get a nice deal and I was willing to pay more per month at 220 but no let me mess up your family plan instead. Honestly the experience was so bad I went from loving T-Mobile and willing to pay 220 a month to now looking for a new carrier. I’m deeply disappointed you guys are going back to your old ways. Oh well guess you guys never truly changed.

I walked in to pre-order the new iPhone.The worker says "I don't know how to do that, they never taught me, maybe go to another store." I asked for the manager and was told he was in a meeting and could take 10,20,or 30 minutes.

They don’t let anyone know when they close the store up hours early very unprofessional being there’s someone hereabouts gates not locked but door is. Currently 4:43 pm definitely to early to be “closed”

The employees are polite yeah but very unwilling to do anything beyond making sales. Went to trade in my old device, although arranged and ordered a new phone from another store in SF they went above and beyond and assured me I could trade in at any store of my convenience. The lone employee this morning however wanted nothing to do with me once I mentioned that I ordered my new phone from somewhere else even when I explained that this phone did not come from another store’s inventory

This store is very unprofessional my wife was attack at a store not even a 100 yards away from this store by a employee who work for T-Mobile she is 5 pregnant when talking to Alan the manger of the store she tired yelling at me and I got kick out the store I wasn’t even talking to her i have been a customer with T-Mobile for almost a year my lawyer was contact and where seeking legal action for this I will never go back to this store

They’re nice when it comes to making sales but horrible when it comes to helping solve problems. I have been waiting for my money refund since April, yes it’s being 5 MONTHS (1,000) when they told me it was gonna take 15 days. I have no idea what Hugo did wrong but it is not my fault, Then the manager couldn’t help neither and now none of them work at the store and another manager is starting over literally doing the same thing the last manager did. I have been too nice and patient but I’m tired of calling and going to the store and still not able to see the end.
