On 05/08/2024, I made an online purchase from Smart & Final Plus. I was charged full price for tortillas that were supposed to be free with an online coupon, I was charged tax on PACKAGED BACON, and the use-by date on the hamburger buns I purchased was the date of purchase. They spoiled before I could use them. I contacted Customer Support, filled out, and submitted my complaint. To date, nothing has happened at their end. Lesson learned. I will do my shopping elsewhere.

Discovering great deals on fresh fruits and veggies is a treat at this spot. However, I have to give it 3 stars because the parking area is consistently in need of some TLC – it's like an adventure navigating through the messy parking lot every time we visit, which is once or twice a month. ???✨

Oh boy bad experience here. I needed to get something specific and arrived at 950 pm. They had already shut the doors and were monitoring who can go in. They wouldn't let me in for one item for my child. I called and found out they were not supposed to shut the doors until 5 mins before closing. I guess getting out on a Friday was more important than serving their customers.
