My car is reliable, and I’ve had no problems with it. Service was great fast to the point and the people were friendly and answered all my questions.

I bought a car from this place and it immediately began having problems. They sent it to a mechanic - ostensibly to fix one problem - however, the first problem remained. Now, the car still doesn't function. I have had car for 6 months and I've only been able to drive it for less than 2. And, Si Se Puede is not helping with the repairs at all. All in all, I've had to use all 10 of my and my wife's AAA tows (plus 1 that I paid for) in order to get the car either back to Si Se Puede or to a mechanic. Although the 'in-house' staff tries, the management is very unresponsive and unhelpful. Even though used cars are sold 'as is', they are supposed to be functioning. Mine does not and has not. It basically half-functioned long enough to get beyond the 'cooling off' period. As it stands right now, I am out of a car and I am facing a $2500 repair bill. Worst car buying experience ever. I only give them one star because there is no option for 0 stars. I feel like I've been completely cheated.

If you are looking for a car let this be your last resort and if you are a single mom definitely bring a mechanic !! All salesman‘s at si se puede are very unprofessional and discriminate against women , also be careful signing the fraudulent contract’s they have . All the cars may look good but they are over priced lemons EVEN THE BANKS THEY GO THROUGH FRAUDULENT !!! DO NOT SHOP With si se puede!!!!!!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS

We bought a car from them, had the truck for almost 6 months ago. We now November 2021 get a call saying the truck was reported stolen. DON'T buy from this company ever, they're customer service sucks with everything else!! You don't do this to people. If I could rate them less I would.

The vehicle I purchased I am satisfied with as far as the price and mileage but.................These idiots still haven't provided my registration and plates after 90 days!!! Excuses Excuses Excuses from ..."Oh my boss said I can't go to DMV today" to DMV said your insurance has expired...really? So I called the lienholder and reported them so we shall see what happens. I was able to get the registration a fews days after writing this review.

I gave this rating but a negative 5 would be more appropriate. I'm not sure where to start with my list of issues with them, so i'll just start from the beginning. The service was good at first but I guess it was just to get my gaurds down. I was sold a car that was filthy on the inside. I excepted it because I was told that it was a fresh repo and that I could bring it back within three days and have it fully detailed. Within the first day of having the car I had noticed a slight popping sound coming from the front left tire. I immediately notified the young lady Deanna that had sold me the car and she said that someone would get back to me. Keep in mind that this was only after having the car overnight. No one contacted me even after I'd called several times. I had also noticed a powerful stench of the exhaust as is their were some sort of leak. Then I noticed a disturbing sound coming from underneath the car which sounded like the muffler, which was hanging lower than normal. I am a working class, family man with very litte time and even less money to waste. On my first available day off I took a trip to Si Se Puede to get some answers and to show them what was going on with the car and they told me to leave my car there for one hour and that they would call me when they were done looking at it. I returned an hour and a half later and it hadn't been touched. I had lots of important errands to run, so I asked if they had a loner of something, as this car was my only tranportation and they told me "NO". I'm not one to complain, but at this point I was beginning to feel a bit frustrated. I asked to speak with the owner and again, I was told that someone would get back to me. No one had contacted me. By week two my car was loosing power from the muffler issues, it was shaking and making a popping noise. I learned from a mechanic that the popping sound was because my shock was broken and could have collapsed at any moment. The shock started to poke through the hood and fender of my car and by two and a half weeks the car wouldnt change gears. It would get stuck in "Stick Mode" and would drastically loose speed on the freeway. I have lost time and money dealing with this beautiful LEMON that Si Se Puede has sold me. The last time I had spoken with anyone there I was basically told that the car was sold "AS IS" and that if I expected them to help me in any way with the car, that I would have to pay them for all of the services. I find it extremely difficult to believe that no one knew of these issues that this car had. Most of them arised within the first two weeks. Check engine lights and all. This is horrible business. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle from these people please purchase a warranty. Never buy AS IS. If they are offering a car AS IS then more than likely, it's a problem that the lot is trying to dump on you.

My experience here was amazing. All of the workers were very polite and very reasonable. The prices were not outrageous and everything was done fast and efficiently. First time buyer and I'm extremely excited. I recommend for more individuals to come here.
