“Fantastic rental experience! The location is secure; I wasn’t afraid of having my belongings stolen (though I bought insurance just in case). Maricela at the front was amazing—she made the move in and move out incredibly easy and she is so pleasant to talk to!”
“I'd had my rig at a marina in Alameda, but when it came time to move it I began shopping around and found the best price in E. Bay - Parr's. They actually have some other locations which include more features and amenities, but this is the Right Price location. While I sometimes wish they had electricity and water available, I can manage otherwise. There's two big, spirited dogs let loose after hours to add security in the lot, as well as perimeter razor wire. The coded entry gate is a bit 'vintage', so I make a point of taking the extra coupla' minutes to sit there, both coming and going, to ensure no one else slips through. The folks working there, and at another biz office, are all good to deal with. Friendly without overdoing any of it and whenever there's been any fumbles, issues or whatnot I've found them to be helpful and more than fair. I've had the space for the rig (24' Class C) there for on like 3 years now. The major concession was that it's situated waaaaaay up in unincorporated North Richmond. But... it doesn't really take too long, I've got another good deal going on a shipping container storage unit down the other end of the same street and it's actually kinda' nice out that way. Big open spaces. Kinda quiet. Not a lot of traffic and folks around. It's also within earshot of a shooting range I use.”
“I had a positive experience at Budget Storage in Richmond. My first 2 years starting 1/8/22 I had an 8x15 ft. unit that was about $90-100 less a month than the the competition. In January 2024 I sized down to an 8x6 ft. unit, pic attached. It was a simple process that reduced my fee to $121 a month. The facility is very secure and well maintained. Mary the manager lives on site, and has picked up on a Friday night when I was going to leave a voicemail. Mary is very organized and made it very easy to downsize to a smaller unit. During office hours 9-6pm, every day except holidays there's a maintenance person on site as well. I had an excellent experience during the 38 months my belongings were stored there and was completely confident that they were safe. I highly recommend this storage facility.”
“We recently moved storage locations to here and I couldn't be happier. The prices are great and so is the location. I appreciate the hours in which I have access too...6am-8pm. We were paying almost twice the price and limited access. The property is always clean and the owners are always super helpful.”
“The place was pretty busy and the staff all seemed like they new what they were doing and were friendly and courteous to the customers and each other. I was actually surprised how well the place was running for an early Sunday morning on the 1st of the month. They have a good team there.”
“Turn and go begins the back of Safeway bread. To the back corner. Receiving hours start at 05:30 am. Arrived at 07:30 for a 12 noon appointment, they got me in a door and loaded right away. Went back to the office to get paperwork. There is overnight parking and alot of back up space. Staff seemed friendly. Make sure to have a safety vest and closed toe shoes and drivers license at check in or they will send you back.”
