Bad service, I took my car to be repaired, they charged me for car parts that they did not install and they do not take care of the warranty that they supposedly give, they received the car but they did nothing to it, I wasted my time and money, I do not recommend them based on my experience. go to that bad service workshop

My boyfriend brought his car here for a tune up and to fix ba gasket leak. In total he payed $1,100 including labor and parts which we received no proof of price for. When we picked up the car, the engine was already on, with the heater blasting which we both thought was weird. When we got home and turned the car off, we tried to turn it back on because we decided last minute to go grocery shopping. The car wouldn't turn on, and was making a huge horrible shrieking noise. The car never had a problem turning on before. About an hour later, we also noticed it was still leaking. So nothing was fixed, and now the starter is in need of immediate fixing.

Called ahead for an appointment, and showed up the next day. The 'garage' has 2 lifts and 15 broken down cars on the small lot, and the only mechanics there spoke spanish. There was no service manager or whoever to actually work with me. Incredibly disappointed to waste my time going here. Their website is also useless, put in a form and never heard back. This is a dirty, small garage in the ass-end of Richmond.

A true community-oriented business. I’ve never had any issues with services for my vehicles at Rigo’s. Likewise, the staff tend to know all their customers - making everyone feel like family. All services are competitively priced, and high quality work. Very honest individuals too - which tends to be a rarity in used car sales and auto mechanic industry.
