Very skillful staff, immaculate shop with good ventilation for friendly busy staff, Mr Chen is helpful and smart about alterations. They cleaned and shortened 20 foot sheer drapes according to specifications.

Always my go to place for drycleaning. There has never been a spot that they have not been able to remove. They always ask you if the date is o-kay to pick up your dry-cleaning and will always accommodate if it needed sooner. Also, the owner always welcomes my dog!

I have been using Richmond Express for all of our dry cleaning for at least 10 years. Excellent, fast turnaround on all items and equally excellent staff here. I always enjoy coming in -- everyone has a smile. We have had items altered here, too, and the work is high quality and long-lasting. Cannot recomment this business highly enough.

I've been a customer of Richmond Expreas Cleaners for almost 22 years! Chan is the nicest & without fail, the work he & his team do is impeccable. In addition to having clothes cleaned therw, I've had jackets repaired, pants hemmed & one of his seamstresses saved my fav blouse by emvroidering a beautiful design over an iron mark! I live in Pinole but don't mind the drive for such great service! Love this place!
