My boyfriend brought his car here for a tune up and to fix ba gasket leak. In total he payed $1,100 including labor and parts which we received no proof of price for. When we picked up the car, the engine was already on, with the heater blasting which we both thought was weird. When we got home and turned the car off, we tried to turn it back on because we decided last minute to go grocery shopping. The car wouldn't turn on, and was making a huge horrible shrieking noise. The car never had a problem turning on before. About an hour later, we also noticed it was still leaking. So nothing was fixed, and now the starter is in need of immediate fixing.

Called ahead for an appointment, and showed up the next day. The 'garage' has 2 lifts and 15 broken down cars on the small lot, and the only mechanics there spoke spanish. There was no service manager or whoever to actually work with me. Incredibly disappointed to waste my time going here. Their website is also useless, put in a form and never heard back. This is a dirty, small garage in the ass-end of Richmond.

Richmond auto shop is not cool I put my car in that shop my car went I'm quiet came out loud it's not fix they charge me a 1000 the first time for a clutch and a week later I had to take it back and they said I burn the clutch he was lying all together they got me for 2400 just to fix a clutch I'm taking them to court I want all my money back cause I'm a woman you think you going to get me for all that money and my car ain't fix they made my car worst you ask me don't go to that shop there are no good they try to play woman out there money .
