This PICK-N-PULL located in Richmond, CA at a great location. The junkyard is really big but does not have a too much car. I think maybe a few hundred cars they have in the yard. Most of their car are really old models.

When you pay minimum wage here, you get monkeys as workers. The only competent and diligent worker here is Robert. All the rest are lazy, and have a rotten attitude. Especially the fat and glassed guy at the entrance. He talks so much to the customer that i ended wasting 10 minutes in line, and now they're closing. Could've pulled the part in the 10 minutes that you mismanaged the entrance line. Classic. Schnitzer steel are making hand over fist with these pick and pulls, you'd think they'd train and make the place better. Typical complacent and back dated corporation.

I would give them negative rating but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating. They gave me 4 hour window to pick up my car. Three hours into the window I called as they were to call an hour before to confirm which they did not. I had
taken time off of work to accommodate their schedule. When I called them if they are still coming to pick up my car, they made some lame excuse about ‘driver’ being busy with other pickups’ and that they won’t be able to pick up my car. Absolutely inexcusable and unprofessional way of doing business. But also they are in Richmond - what was I thinking?

Had an appointment 3 days in advance. They gave me a 4 hour “window “ for pickup of my vehicle. I called 3 and 1/2 hours in to ask and I was rudely told they don’t need or want my car now and to call someone else. Driver was too “busy”. I said OK.

I have to come 2 times just to make pre inspection.arrived here then , employee want to go to lunch and wait more than 50 minutes again.

The Richmond location has a large inventory, and the staff I've dealt with twice is pretty friendly and competent. How ever, unlike every other PnP in the Bay Area, they do not answer their telephone at the "Store". No message option, no caveat that no calls will be answered, just phone ringing fifty times. Super inconvenient if you have a question not answered via the web page.

They charge you hella expensive for stuff that you took of by yourself. That's so stupid. You need to bring your own tools own knowledge of that are you going to do and the hope that the car you are looking for it's there. I don't grit why the parts of there are so expensive. Those parts are not knew and they may not work. Customer service it's hilarious and stupid.

They had the vehicle's I needed. But the walk to get to them was horrendous!!!It's all rock's! And trying to get any kind of dolly or cart through there is not a pretty sight!!Other than that, there's a lot of inventory

Today I went to complete the process of retiring my vehicle and received excellent customer service from Kevin C. He did an amazing job with explaining all the steps that would be taken plus made me feel comfortable with asking any and all questions I had. I would recommend coming to this location if you want extraordinary service.

The tweak manager "Woman" with rotted nubs for teeth is a bitch. Won't let me exchange part that they said was compatable with the year of my truck, when they said it would work. Drove 40 miles to come take off a truck in the pouring ass rain, came back to to my town to fix amd didn't fit. Called to see about coming to exchange, was told yes by the man on phone, then he wanted to make sure so he asked the manager tweak manager and she said no. So they will exchange on a person by person basis and not on a company policy. Fuck this place.
