The only negative thing I would say are their prices! They're pretty expensive, but I'm not going to blame them!

Never delivered!!! Ordered days in advance for my mom’s surgery to be delivered to her home and they never showed up. The order had mine and my mom’s phone number and they never contacted either of us. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

Excellent customer service, I had such a great experience, the flowers were gorgeous ,they were blue roses, a beautiful floral arrangement, and great for the price.

I came in today to purchase some carnations and am very happy I did. I've never been here before but I was referred to this place by Stems & Pedals in Pinole. I came to Richmond only after the Pinole establishment didn't carry any carnations. After purchasing the flowers I had an interesting conversation with the owner(s). His family has been in business I believe 100 years. There is a lot of history here. He has a colorful background and is a very approachable fellow. The service was really good. Worth returning to. The price was reasonable too.

Very very disappointed...my granddaughter did better in her FFA class as a Sophmore ..the Carnation were dead already..and I called the day before to make sure , still not what I asked for or us girls all paid for...but they have an in with St Joseph's..never again..kahu

i appreciate the fact that they always put their customers satisfaction first. i ordered same day delivery it end up getting delivered to the wrong address, when i called and explained i did not receive mu arrangement they sent another one out expeditiously

I wanted to get something for my grandmas birthday and stopped by here. They were able to put an arrangement together on the spot with her favorite plant, the peace lily. I also got her a card. Great selevtion, service, and price! Skip the Safeway bouquets- you can get something custom here for cheaper!
