My kids joined their boxing class. They are actually very excited for the class. Th coaches are firm but considerate when it comes to someone new and shy. I have observed their adult trainings as well, they work with you closely and most of all no judgement very welcoming.

Classes here aren't just workouts, but great lessons in the art of fighting. Coaches focus on details and technique, and prioritize safety far more than other gyms in the area. And even so, sparring and constant pressure testing is encouraged here. Their fight philosophies are not rooted in backwards traditions. An example is that they have serious fighters cross training with OTHER gyms. Many other organizations would discourage this. It's a sign of how they value what's BEST for their fighters, which means they value taking care of YOU. All are welcome here, all martial arts backgrounds are valued. They really live up to the "Omni" in their name.

Horrible horrible experience . I contacted the owner and told him I wanted to train first thing he did was sign me up for boxing for $120 per month. Sounded like a good deal I trained one day and got beat up by a so-called beginner . Named Keelan come to find out his picture is on the wall and he is a professional fighter. I wasn't ready for that that was my first training session not to mention that I got covid and I wasn't able to train for a month afterwards and I moved from Hercules so I no longer live there. But here's the kicker , I told the coach that I wanted to cancel and I was still build two consecutive months afterwards. I contacted the coach and now he's ignoring my calls continuing to build my credit card. I understand being desperate for money but he could at least ask if he needed to borrow money I'd be more obliged rather than someone billing my credit card and forcing me to pay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody because they're not going to respect you and they're not going to to you properly and you're not going to learn anything . Plus I don't believe this is real martial arts .

Knowledgeable, friendly, and patient coaches. The community is rock-solid and very family-oriented. There’s wide range of diverse people that go so it’s open to all skill-levels.

A hidden gem tucked in the super suburbs of Hercules. For any martial artist (or even any beginner) looking to level up, this is a place to be. The facility is spacious and well equipped. The students range across all skill levels (including amateur and pro fighters) and ages (adults, youths, kids). I was introduced here from a friend, as I was visiting from So Cal. But here is why I'm definitely coming back next time I'm up here. Coach Steven has a new school mentality and can analyze a person's movement patterns and optimize their own skillsets, rather than mold the student to a cookie cutter "this is the only way to do it" fighter. Now I'm rusty, but I come in with a little bit of kung fu and kickboxing experience (from years ago), and he tailored the padwork to fill the holes in my game, amplify my core moveset, and build my combos. After one session, I feel like my standup has been rejuvenated. If you want to learn real martial arts, get fit, or seriously learn how to fight (especially in these crazy times), come check this place out. The vibe is chill, the folks are welcoming, and the training methods are legit. Enjoy!

I do boxing personal training sessions with Steve, and I have noticed it has improved my strength, fitness, and confidence. For me, the training has been at a pace that is fun yet get results quickly. If you are interested in learning a skill such as boxing, or kickboxing, or if you just want to get in great shape, I highly recommend Omni Movement!

Excellent coaches. If you want to ACTUALLY learn how to box, this is the gym for you. Coaches are super chill yet extremely motivating to help you reach your goals. I only started boxing to get fit, but after joining this gym, my obsession for boxing is at its peak.

I found Omni movement in my search for quality Muay Thai and boxing training and was not disappointed. I was able to make a few Muay Thai classes and was fortunate enough to receive some training with their coach Steve- who was excellent at breaking down combos and techniques. While my intent was to focus on Muay Thai, I ended up falling in love with their boxing classes and the conditioning that went along with it. I'd highly recommend Omni Movement for anyone first starting out and trying to dip their toes in Martial Arts as well as to anyone already deep in their training/practice and looking to enhance their technique, endurance and strength.

Great place to learn martial arts and fitness. They also host a lot of tournaments, seminars, and competitions. One of the best spots in the Richmond area, definitely recommend!

The instructors are kind, they motivate you, and are fun to be around. This gym is what you need after a stressful day at work. Come take a class and the stress leaves your body while you enjoy the workout. The instructors are friendly, encouraging, and most of all... They teach you how to improve during every class. They will teach you at your level, which is nice especially if you have martial arts experience. You never have to lag behind your potential at omni. Steve and Dom are top notch in my book.
