I love the people that work here but I hate this business. The owners don’t even live in the east bay and under pay and under value their kind employees. And honestly what’s pushed me over the edge are the recycled balls for SALE. One used to be able to walk around point Isabelle and your dog would eventually find a tennis ball but now these store owners have dictated that they collect all the tennis balls that they can and then resell them for $.50. Seems reasonable right? Until they have 3 baskets of balls and after walking The entirety of point Isabelle not another loan tennis ball was to be found. So someone like me who is a kind and loving dog owner but has recently fallen on hard times and is reliant on the recycling of my there pets toys now is blocked blocked by 3 to 4 dudes in SF so can’t work the business they own. And yeah .50 cents is a lot when your bank account is in the negative from paying rent.

They are always great with my elderly German Shepherd. Nice to grab a latte next-door at sitting and Stay Café when they are open.

I'm a relatively new dog owner, so I was not prepared for when my pooch got skunked late last night. Unfortunately, she had to go to bed stinky (actually, we all went to bed stinky since she got skunked right outside the screen door). This morning I wanted to just wanted to get her bathed ASAP. I called Mudpuppy's and they got me in within two hours. The staff was awesome and we were in and out within 15-20 minutes and she was smelling like a brand new dog. Yes, the de-skunking treatment cost extra, but overall I thought the pricing was pretty reasonable. Definitely would take her here again.

This is the only place my GSD doesn't mind having his nails trimmed and they do a great job every time. He has degenerative myelopathy and the staff are very patient and gentle with him, especially Claudio. I drive over 50 miles each way because it's the only place I now trust to do his nails with care. Thank you Mudpuppy's Point Isabel!

We loved the hole experience at Mudpuppy. First we went on a walk and got a little dirty. He really needed his nails clipped and he needed a bath,and and some other additions,they were reasonably priced and it was quick AND THEY DID NOT make him bleed

I love this place! My doggies needed their nails trimmed and kudos to the cool chick who was holding the dogs and the calm gentleman who trimmed the nails so quick. Doggies were calm and not even a bit anxious. Ten stars!!!!! Thanks crew!

We already love Point Isabel,so going to Mudpuppys was an added bonus for me and my dog didn't mind it either,they didn't clip his blood line in his nails and I can't tell you how much that means to us.goid work,I can't bathe him,he growls and scares me :(

Anyone who has a hypoallergenic dog knows that choosing the right groomer is second to choosing the right vet. Mudpuppy's has been an absolute staple for my Shih Tzu Murphy. He has always come home happy, clean, and smelling like a baby even though he is almost 10 years old. Big thanks to Nana for all the great haircuts this past year!

My dog jumped in the low tide and was absolutely filthy. I called over to Mudpuppy's and lucky for me they had an appointment within 15 minutes! He came out so clean and smelling amazing! Staff were incredibly nice.
