“This is a review for the pick up service. Wow, I am SO impressed with walmart's pick up service. I have ordered through pick-up twice and it was so great. The first time I ordered lashes and some other items that I knew were locked up and I didn't wanna go through the hassle of waiting for someone to open the glass for the multiple locked items. I parked, called the number, and someone was out within 5 minutes. The second time I ordered some items but unfortunately two of the five items were out of stock so they substituted it. When I got there, I was able to decline the substituted items and get my refund right then and there. I would also like to add that walmart now has the option to opt for bags or not. This is an option that I wish Target, Walgreens and many other stores would have as I am always charged for bags I didn't receive and have to go through the trouble of calling customer service. Overall, I really recommend shopping through the walmart app or online for pick up. It is so much smoother and efficient.”
