“This store is one of the better served stores in the Bay Area i had a mix up issue from a store in another location and they fixed it right away ! Cynthia took her time and patiently navigated through things really smooth and made sure we left the store satisfied and ready to use our new phones ! She hooked me up with another line even for the same price I was already paying. The location was convenient but the customer service was amazing. “Guadalupe was AMAZING!!! Her Patience and professionalism was above board. I didn't know my pin code. And she went above and beyond board to try to help me. She looked up multiple codes without an attitude and tried different options. She was a pleasure!! There are a couple of things that I'm unsure of.
