“This store is one of the better served stores in the Bay Area i had a mix up issue from a store in another location and they fixed it right away ! Cynthia took her time and patiently navigated through things really smooth and made sure we left the store satisfied and ready to use our new phones ! I’m glad to have great customer service by her because it just shows how a person can put themselves in your shoes and help you get things back on track with the same spirit showing us that just as much as it matter to us toFix the problem it matter just as much too her too this is myFavorite store now and she help me fix myScreen protecter that the last store didn’t do so well with im glad i choose this location today !”
“Was just at the Yosemite,Manteca location to get a new phone. Met their sales associate Annie (actually not sure of her title ) However she was very helpful , professional,and patient. She hooked me up with another line even for the same price I was already paying. The location was convenient but the customer service was amazing. “Guadalupe was AMAZING!!! Her Patience and professionalism was above board. I didn't know my pin code. And she went above and beyond board to try to help me. She looked up multiple codes without an attitude and tried different options. She was a pleasure!! There are a couple of things that I'm unsure of. On my next day off when I go there; I hope that she's the person at the counter. Guadalupe ROCKS!!!”
