96 hours of time, unnecessarily expensive, little to no phone communication (had to hang out there all day on the last day in person)and not fixed when I was told they fixed it. They did not offer car rental reimbursement although the original reason I brought the car in was due to a Recall. I feel swindled.

Kia Dealership used to allow the public & customers to use their EV Chargers when not in use by their own vehicles. However when I went there today they had new signs posted stating the Chargers were RESTRICTED & NOT for Public Use!Kia should allow customers to use the EV chargers since charging option in the area is very limited. Ford allows you to use theirs and so does Nissan. Very poor business practice, I will not be shopping for a New car at Kia anytime soon.

Moe at Kia Hiltop was truly amazing. He came out and approached me and didn't immediately start trying to sell. Instead he asked how I was doing and allowed me to express with I needed and what I like. He was very thorough on the process and answered all of my questions. I appreciate how patient he was and would highly recommend his service. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. It has everything I want and need in a car. I've been hesitant to buy a new vehicle but it went much better than I expected and Moe's service played a significant role in it.

Raoul was the best,went to go see a vehicle since Wednesday without intent to purchase and was nice enough to let us see without being to pushy and told him we'd be back later in the week I kept contact with him on when I'd be in and he was available sat and we saw the car we talked about and didn't try to offer anything less or more wasn't persistent or anything and made the whole car buying experience a breeze and we love our 2024 telluride.and they gave us a full tank of gas.and sent a thank you card.

We had a great, easy car-buying experience with Moe and the team at Hilltop Ford/Kia. We arrived at 2pm and were out the door and on the road with our new car by 5pm. Moe was super helpful in explaining how all the features and technology worked, etc. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a new car!

I had the best car buying experience with Raoul at Hilltop KIA. He is a gentleman and definitely the easiest person to buy a car from that I have ever met. He is a super good communicator and got me a better deal than the other 6 dealerships I shopped around at before finding my EV6. If you are in the market for a KIA I strongly recommend that you work with Raoul who will restore your faith in the whole car buying experience. He quickly presented me an offer with all the details laid out clearly with no hidden fees or items. He knew everything about the EV6 I was looking for and had the answers for all my questions. The finance department was also easy to deal with and completely honest. If you have ever bought a car before from another dealer you know that this is not the norm and actually sort of a unicorn experience!! Thank you so much for your excellent service and I look forward to working with you again :)

Another excellent encounter with an employee at Hilltop Ford. Her name is Anna in the service department. Whoever her boss is needs to know: she is an excellent employee. Deserving of recognition.Her character and personality? Flawless. Spoke with a smile, spoke clearly & confidently. The car buying experience was seamless. Raoul was on top of it and helped me every step of the way! Raoul gave me a call as soon as the Kia Rio hatch back arrived at the dealership, answered my questions and even stayed late to help me finalize the purchase of my new car. This was the only Kia Rio 5 door in the entire Bay Area so I was grateful that he was willing to wait for me to arrive and finalize the deal in under two hours, including financing, setting up the Kia connect and answering all my questions. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, making the car buying experience quick and easy. I highly recommend this place! Kia's have come along way and are a great bang for your buck. I have been enjoying my new car!

I was referred to Moe at Hilltop Ford by my sister who has bought several cars from him over the years. I could have never prepared for the customer service that my family was met with. My husband and I were hesitant to shop around with our two little ones who are under 4 years old, but we were met with immediate hospitality and service from Mariel, and we had an excellent experience with the Manager, Jose, and also the Finance person, Garner who wasn't only quick, but played with the girls and made them feel apart of the process. The whole Ford team made sure we were comfortable, gave multiple snacks and drinks and that's not including the Labor Day bbq ( chicken, tri tip, hamburgers and hot dogs)--gotta love when making such a significant investment is fun and comfortable. We never felt pressured, and we were walked through everything step by step, with nothing happening without my approval. And of course Moe was there every step of the way supporting us throughout the decision making process. It felt so amazing to drive off the lot with our new Ford Explorer today, just the vehicle needed for our growing family! For all of the parents: They have a play place for the kids with a tv, play-house, table and chairs, mini library and coloring books. Our family was comfortable and we are already looking forward to making an upgrade in a couple years! Thank you Hilltop Ford!

Dropping off my dads car for service. What a difference from Huntington Beach Kia where I waited for awhile to check in. Here was super fast and efficient check in with Matt. They have a great waiting room. There's free waters, granola bars, goldfish, coffee dispenser, free wifi. Mellow easy listening music plus a TV on CNN at a normal volume, not screeching so you can easily tune it out. Plenty of usb ports and outlets. All the customers are quiet, maybe just sleepy from waiting. Great experience here - maintenance took only 1.5 hours instead of 2.
