Parts says open on Saturdays, came here wasted time and gas just to find out it's closed. If they can't even update their Availability online what makes you think they'll take care of you the proper way! Good luck

Mauricio is awesome! Got us into the exact vehicle we wanted, set everything up for us, phone, remotes, etc., etc. almost no haggling, and things went quicker and smoother than I would have ever expected! If you're looking for a new car go see Mauricio. Tony in finance is awesome, too. Not too pushy, lets you know your options, and accepts your answers without a problem!

Unless you are without financial concerns and can freely spend without concerns, steer clear of the service department. This is the second time I've had my 2018 van serviced here. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment. This time, my window regulator was broken, electric door lock inoperable . Safelight recommended I take it to the dealer for repairs. I also asked that the brakes be checked. Service adviser was great in keeping me updated on cost of repairs. The price quoted for the window repair was 1024.00 and door lock over 1000. Front and back brakes over 3000.00. I told him only window and I would wait on the rest. When I picked up my van, the bill was almost 2000.00 for the window. The labor cost for checking the door lock of the same door that was already taken off to replace the window regulator was almost 300.00 and to check the brakes almost 300.00. After speaking with service advisor regarding the outrageous labor that was not disclosed, he did deduct some labor cost to cut the bill to 1480.00. I would say price transparency upfront and at time of repair authorization is honest customer service and this place lacks that integrity.

It was a pleasure to work with Waldo and his team to get our dream truck. I highly recommend Hilltop to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was looking for a Pacifica Hybrid so that I could get the HOV stickers and use the van for work and family. Went to a few dealers in the WC area and just couldn't make a deal. I was advised to lease since this is Hybrid technology and it may not be up to date in a number of years but both dealers I went to just couldn't tell me the advantage of leasing. One dealer did tell me there were up to $19,000 in rebates for leasing but they couldn't really tell me what that meant. They were super aggressive and pushy so I stopped communicating with them. The other dealership were much more relaxed and I had done business with them in the past and were easy to deal with. I made them an offer just to buy the car and they said "no." Fair enough. I left and assumed they'd call back in a week. In the meantime, received an email from Hilltop with rebates and sales offers that basically matched the price I offered the other dealership. Called sales and they got me to Waldo who was chill and easy going. He took my info and I believe, Greg, the sales manager called and sent me pricing on the car. Went to the dealership. Greg is pretty intense and talks fast but he seemed legit. He advised me how to get the car to obtain the rebates and we made a deal. Both guys were easy to deal with, friendly and didn't upcharge or put much pressure on me. I'd go back.

Had a very bad experience when I went to take in my truck the customer service was awful especially with Jason his the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with very rude he over charged me for something that was going to cost me less than 70 $ I was going to pay 800$ that's ridiculous . This dealership should have there customer service people take a class on how to talk to customer and how to talk to consumers in general. I had the worst experience and I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle especially if you're a woman they will reap you off . The customer service is half terrible Jason is very rude and disrespectful.

Zero stars if I could! Gus was my mothers service advisor and the reason I will no longer bring my Jeep to this location. With the language barrier I was the one calling for updates as my mom was not able to communicate. There were little to no updates on the car throughout this entire process. Considering my the car was being serviced for over a week it would be helpful to know what is going on. He did not update on parts, quotes, pricing, coverage or time frames. Each time I reached out for an update he would talk over me. He would not let me finish a sentence or let me finish asking any questions. He sent a text with the INCORRECT amount due for the entire service. It was more than 2k over the original estimate. When I called, he was speaking over me, when I asked for clarification on this amount he cut me off and hung up on me. Gus was completely condescending and a complete a hole. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. I TRULY HAVE NO CLUE HOW HE HAS A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is your job as an advisor to keep your customers updated and informed on what is going on. We are allowed to ask questions on services that are being performed and paying out of pocket for. Such a terrible experience.

Best experience with dodge services. I was helped by Mr. Rinaldo Valle and let me tell you 10/10 hands down. From the beginning to the end, best service I've ever received. He was professional and friendly and kept me informed with the whole process. I am so happy with his above and beyond customer service. Make sure to ask for Rinaldo!!

I owe a huge thanks to Les & Rinaldo in the service department. They saved me a lot of headache and expenses recently. The original battery on the key fob that came with my Chrysler 300C was needed to be replaced. I bought the correct battery and replaced it according to directions. It was not working properly. Car would start but alarm would go off every time I got in the car and if the alarm went off while parked, I wouldn't be able to turn off with key fob. It was a mess. This was on a Saturday and every CJDR dealership in the Bay Area said wait till Monday to make an appointment. Some were saying I needed to spend over $600 for a new key fob. I brought my car to this service department. They were able to fix the problem right on the spot. To my embarrassment, the battery was installed upside down. I thought I had already checked for that but I guess not. Glad I was able to talk to these mechanics directly an get the issue sorted out. Otherwise, this would have really messed up my weekend and pay more unnecessary expenses. I'll certainly come back for service if/when needed.

Ray and Scott in service are the best. They go out of their way to help you out. We've been having a lot of issues with our Durango. Now everything is fixed.

A quick update. I called and spoke with Leon the manager at hilltop and didn't get anywhere with the conversation. I expressed to him what was going on with my car and told him that before I had brought it in, my car was already inspected and that there was no leaks prior to bringing it in. And he told me that my mechanic didn't inspect it good enough and when I told him that he was a well trusted mechanic, he's like well that's your personal opinion. I was blew back because how are you manager talking like this to a customer who is just trying to express what was going on and I wasn't yelling and I didn't have an attitude. I was just trying to let him know that my car didn't have problems before bringing it in. so after he said that, I pretty much ended the conversation because I knew It wasn't going anywhere, and once my mechanic opened again, I took it to them and they inspected it twice. I gave them the diagnostic that hilltop had gave me for $4500 that said this is what needed to be fixed and my mechanic said no everything is fine you only need this one thing fixed which only cost me $179 I had to make sure I was hearing things right because I was like no over at hilltop They said this was leaking. I needed a new hose and he's like no everything is fine we checked it twice we took it on an extended drive you just need this little gauge replaced and it's only $179 compared to the $4500 that hilltop tried to charge me. On top of that he had it fixed and ready to go within the same day of me dropping it off. Compared to hilltop who had my car for two weeks and nothing got done. I was so thankful and relieved but then it also made me wonder when hilltop sent me a video of my car leaking did they unscrew it to make it leak so that they can make it look worse than what it was. To try to get money from my insurance. Because again, when I was talking to my handler, Marika, she even told me that we are trying to take them for all they got. You can put two and two together. When I took it to my mechanic he said that when he got it, there was no leaks as I knew there was no leaks. I was like how did I get a video of my car leaking from hilltop and yet It's not leaking with you. They tried to send me proof that my car was so damaged. And he pretty much confirmed I thought so Beware when you take your car there not everyone can be trusted.

We had the most amazing car buying experience at Hilltop Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Excellent inventory and they happened to have exactly what my daughter was looking for. We felt immediately comfortable with our sales person, Dino. Negotiations went smoothly and we were made to feel like valued clients. Dino, what a gem! Trustworthy, friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The entire team, including finance treated us with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle at Hilltop from Dino. We had an excellent buying experience. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give.

Excellent service! Unfortunately, the first part ordered was faulty, but the second part was perfect and they installed it in record time. Thanks Ray at the service department!

I have lost faith in their ability to service and repair my Promaster van. It’s been 5 months of various stories and “we are waiting on parts.”Also, for whatever reason, it doesn’t seem like they are interested or able to provide basic updates on the process. I have consistently needed to call them to get the update despite many people on the team assuring me that they would reach out “tomorrow” or “next week” or “asap.”Gus is a very calm and reassuring voice on the phone when I do talk with him and, to his credit, he has consistently weathered my frustration and disappointment - however, this repair should have been a routine and quick job. Along the way I have received contradictory advice and been told that we are “just around the corner” of getting it repaired.I have been a life long Dodge Ram customer (three vehicles) and this experience has really eroded my goodwill towards this company — it makes me wonder if they are actually able to manufacturer and service their vehicles.
