I am (or at least was) a repeat customer here. I had a muffler installed about a year ago. The exhaust began making noise so I brought it in this morning, an the worker inspecting it pointed out an air leak where the muffler had been clamped to the pipe during last install, plus the muffler had to be replaced. The owner was not polite (he has been in the past so not sure what changed) and took no responsibility for the air leak which occurred from their installation, nor for selling a muffler that lasted me only a year. I’m disappointed because I live close by and was planning to use them for work on my jeep as well as my motorcycles for years to come. Now starting over to find a reputable muffler shop.

Excellent service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday. Had some welding done on my muffler. They weren’t happy until I was happy. Very responsible pricing.

After being told my muffler shield hanging down, I went too MCR Muffler in Richmond. After looking at it, Jose told be I must of hit something(?), that it was ripped from it's bolt and hanging down! He said he can cut the ripped piece off, and bolt it back too the frame, quick fix. He charged me a fraction of the cost! Very honest and very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this place too friend's and public Thank You Jose

Very bad customer service rude lady ...very rough with one customer in front of me he just said to lady estimate you tell me is little high..and she replied than go away I don't want to deal with cheap people like you....shop guy also very arrogant don't know how they run business I went there couple of time only 1 or 2 customer there that is reason no one go there...very bad experience

This place caught my side online and was very surprised with the great work and reasonable pricing. I had bought these mbrp catback exhaust system and was looking for a shop to install it. After going through several places i found MGR Muffler and i am very happy with it. They did a great job installing it. What made it better was that the mbrp cat back exhaust produces a drone noise that was awful and MGR helped me take care of that too. They helped me install a resonator that made the drone noise almost gone. Great place and very professional people. God bless you all.

I called in the morning for information and a man answered me, I asked him for information and the whole time he was answering in a bad way, he doesn't know how to treat customers, very bad attention from the man, I hope they improve that, or change the staff that they know respect, treat and do your job well towards clients, I do not plan to return thanks to that person's attention.
