Staff member by the name of Isaiah Owens is horrible. I asked him to assist me with a cellphone and first off he reeked of marijuana and had the worse attitude that I ever experienced at a Metro. Love the company but management needs to seriously keep an eye on him. Chose not to buy a phone the other day and went to Sprint.

Very helpful staff and very clean store, they attend us really fast , store always has a lot of people working so we arnt waiting in line for to long , and they speak Spanish witch is a plus

This metro is one of the worst ones I've been to so far. I bought a cell phone on the 24th . I believe Astrid was the one that helped me and she was friendly with everythin. I didn't have that cell for long I didn't use it the whole day until I decided to take it off the charger and take pictures that the screen for messed up mind I didn't use it the whole day didn't drop it not nothing. It was already late and we'll had no other choice but to wait till the 26. So at first I went to the main metro in Albany Vanessa I believe her name was, she was very very helpful she is very patient very nice right she told me I could go back to the store I bought my phone at and get it exchanged with no hassle so I don't have to use my warranty. So I went back to this store in San Pablo I was help by this female with glasses, I told her I'm here to exchange my cellphone because I just bought it and the screen is fuzzy. She talked to this guy I didn't get his name but they were being very secretive until I heard the day just do it under warranty. When I heard them say that I told them I don't want to use my warranty Its been under 7 days so I can exchange my cell phone. At that point the female with glasses was telling me yeah of course until she asked me to Bring the box I told her we threw the box away I didn't know this was gonna happen to my cell are at that point she was telling me there is nothing she can do unless I do the warranty because the owner didn't want to get charged for a phone that didn't work telling me that they need to send it back to the company which is false I got told something totally different from the other store so she kept talking to another customer that I guess she was helping at the same time and to me that's very unprofessional of her she was rolling her eyes anytime I tried to ask her a question and just kept talking to the other customer because they knew each other. Very rude lady so she told me to wait for the manager. I did and it was pointless she was no help at all she told me I need to Bring the box and the charger I told her the same thing I also told her keep the charger of the new phone o don't need it just put the cell in the new box she told me mop can't do that. So at the end of it all o went back to Albany and the same lady helped me and told me the people that helped me did not know what they were doing because of the fact that I didn't use my cell at all overall my experience at this store was terrible never again no stars at all but yelp told me I have to

Absolutely great store I had a great experience getting a new phone and plan johnny helped me get everything set up. I love this store definitely would recommend.

The Asst manager there Corina is completely rude. She constantly interrupted me, was heaving big sighs and rolling her eyes at me. She let it be known that she did not care about my issues or what metro had done to me. Metro pcs cost me the grand opening to my new business bc their system was acting up and my phone got turned off even tho the bill was paid. I had to talk to 26 metro employees before I got my phone fixed. If that wasn't bad enough, the next day, Mother's Day I could not call my mother bc my phone didn't work. Turns out she had collapsed, she was found late that night unresponsive with the phone in her hand and my number was the last that she called. I was trying to explain this to Corina as she was interrupting me and sighing and rolling her eyes. She is cold and uncaring and NOT a positive face of Metro PCS. They initially offered me a 6.00 credit for my issues.....actually Im just going to leave that right there, there are no words for the insult thrown my direction by metro employees. I am searching for another service provider. The only positive thing I received AFTER the FACT was a call from Ira Im not sure if he is the manager or owner, but he called me and we had a heart felt conversation and he made me feel like he cared what happened to me at his place of business. He listened and he expressed exactly what I needed to hear. Im not certain if it was enough to keep my business. I am going to mull it over but the injury inflicted upon me this weekend was deep. It should not take 6 hours on the phone, 26 customer service reps, 2 stores to get one issue resolved. They ended up paying my bill this month but it took me turning into a chupacabra to get Metro to do the right thing. You dropped the ball on this one and if this woman has a job tomorrow after the way she acted, then justice has not been served. Corina I hope nothing ever happens to your mother and you are left on the outside, helpless, afraid, and empty, but honestly, you deserve worse. Learn some customer service skills but then I'm not entirely certain that you have the aptitude for customer service, roll your eyes at me. Bet you remember my name for awhile now, you should have just done your job and checked your horrible attitude. I hope you get to walk in my shoes one day.

This Metro PCS store rocks! Katherine was the person who waited on me. She's super smart, has an incredible knowledge of all the phones and best calling plans for my needs. The short line moved fast and when a new person came in line Katherine acknowledged them, saying "welcome, we'll be right you guys." The other employees were just as nice and super friendly. For cell phone service, paying bills or buying money orders, this is the place to go. And whatever they pay Katherine, they should double it, she's that good ! Signed, Randy O.

Best metro pcs store ever!! Great customer service and bilingual speaking people. Karina is the best, she helped me from A-Z. Got my momma a new phone to talk to her mom in Mexico , Karina helped me setup the phone with Spanish settings and even transferred all the pictures and contacts from her old phone. Thanks Karina. The store is kept clean and the employees are very nice and friendly.
