These guys are upfront, reasonable and super fast. I just got my back window fixed and it only took about 45 minutes while I sat in their waiting room. I'm very pleased with their services and happy I can see out of my back window now. ?

???? Street sweeper busted my rear driver side window on a 02 Honda Accord early this A.M. Kirat from low price gave me a quote around 8:30 and I continued to shop around for 15 min.
My Goodness the difference in the quotes ranged from $75-$140 when compared to other local auto glass shops. Besides the unbeatable price the job was done in under 1 hr.
They have earned my business as I will only shop here for all my auto glass needs. To the folks who worked on my vehicle, thank you for your professionalism and quick work. I arrived at 12:50 and these guys had me out by 1:30. Kirat was accommodating, even applying a better discount after the job was done. This unpleasant event became a wonderful experience at Low Price.
They also do Tints which I look forward to getting done sooner than later. Don’t think twice, shop at Low Price! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place absolutely blew away my expectations for their service. I called over the phone and spoke with the super friendly owner Mr. Singh. I explained to him the issue with my 2004 infiniti G35 and he gave me a quote instantly! The price he gave beat any other shop that I called (I called 4 prior and quotes were 400+).
Once I arrived, I was instantly greeted with smiles from the friendly staff. After talking and getting a in person quote, it only took 2 minutes for them to pull my car in and start working on it. The technician, Frankie, was able to diagnose the car in literally 5 minutes and explained to me that the window motor had went bad. Mr. Singh then gave me an official quote of 130$!!!! This beat almost every other shops price by more than double.
While they were working on the car, I explained to Mr. Singh that I was also interested in window tint which they also specialize in! He happily showed me their options and even recommended what percentage to get for different types of driving.
After 30 minutes, the car was finished and I was absolutely blown away at how efficient and professional this shop was. I was honestly expecting there to be slight damage on the door card but there was absolutely zero damage and looked like it was new. If you’re having any type of window trouble I highly recommend this shop, not only for their unbeatable prices, but they’re outstanding customer service! Any future window problems I have WILL be taken care by Mr. Singh and his staff.

I had a very great experience at low price auto gas! I was next-door at the junkyard trying to find a window for my car that got broken into . I had no idea how to pull the window out and I looked next-door and the auto glass place was great. They pulled the window out of the car in the junkyard for me, installed the glass, and all for a great price! I would recommend this place for great auto glass work.

They damaged my truck, they didn't put the feet on it correctly, I came back to complain and they literally went to the jonke, they painted an old one and they put it on very bad.

I had a horrible experience with them.
Never in my life have I felt as helpless as I did dealing with them. I arrived at their location early in the morning, desperately needing to repair the back windshield glass of my Honda Fit. I was told the manager would be in at 8:30, but he didn't arrive until after 9. I politely approached him, and he checked on the computer to see if the windshield was available. He informed me it needed to be ordered and assured it would be done by 12 pm. I agreed, thinking it wouldn't be too long of a wait.
However, as the hours passed--12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm--there was still no progress. I was stuck there because I live quite far from their location. Meanwhile, the "manager" continued to serve other customers (over 30 people who arrived after me) without even acknowledging the delay or apologizing. He walked past me numerous times, completely ignoring my presence. I also noticed he was notably kinder to customers who were aggressive or demanding, while I sat there patiently for over 10 hours (including the time I arrived before their shop opened).
They were severely understaffed, with only about 4 workers managing the needs of over 30 customers during the time I was there. It seemed people gravitated there because of its reputation for being low-priced, with few alternatives in Richmond.
I left feeling incredibly disappointed. I even asked the manager if he could fix my side mirror while we waited for the windshield, to which he agreed, but nothing was done. Throughout the entire ordeal, there were no apologies or updates provided.
I considered asking for a discount due to the significant amount of time wasted, but I was too upset to even engage with the manager.
I hone don't know if I ever wanna go back there again.

KIRAT and his team took amazing care of me. The fix I came in for ending up being something else, much cheaper fix ! Thank you for always taking care of us! I try to bring any window issue I may have to this team, as they are great at what they do and very quick to respond even if they miss your call.

--0 STARS THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I came to get my windows tinted at this business, and after the installation was complete I inspect the windows and there are so many creases and hair fibers on the inside of the tint and window, there is also water drop marks on the inside of the tint and window as well that will not come off because it's on the inside of the tint, he also did not install the tint fully to the top of the window, there is a 1" gap where there is no tint of the top of all 4 windows on the doors of the vehicle, so I brought the car back to get re tinted because there is a LIFETIME WARRENTY, so I brought it back and the tint guy said that the creases will be there in every tint that he installs and there will always be a gap at the top of my window with no tint, and that the bubbles are normal and will always be there, after speaking to a manager they finally said they would redo my front windshield (which was the worst of them al) so I left my car with them again and when I got my car back the tint in the front windshield was worse than it was when I brought it to him and installed 5% tint on my front windshield when it was supposed to be 50% and they said they will no longer change the window and said that they matched the tint I had before to the one the just installed but they lie straight to your face and do not honor their word or work. they told me to leave their establishment and that they would not refund me, and it is impossible for me to see out if my windshield at night. this place is an absolute scam and they do TERRIBLE WORK . the employees are incompetent and do not know what they are doing. I highly recommend that nobody ever visits this establishment for any reason.

ZERO STARS. this place now does tinting across the street this guy is the most incompetent person I've ever encountered I could see light through my back windows my windshield had multiple creases and dirt under the tint. side windows in front and back top 1/2 inch didn't even have tint at all he rounded the corners so there were gaps of light showing through finally got him to replace windshield and he put on tint so dark I can barely see out of it at night they refuse to refund me or fix it. PS. just because you watched a youtube video doesn't mean you can tint.
