“When I shop at Fill Good, I feel good. My main purchases are cleaning items like dish soap, dishwasher powder, all-purpose cleaner, and hand-soap. Those items are competitively priced with supermarkets, albeit minus the externality of the plastic. They offer donation jars or upcycled wax-bags if you come without.The staff is very knowledgable and I always chat with them about the best ways to recycle and compost etc. I love the loyalty program too. I feel like can do something about the standard pig-lifesytle that's offered by Amazon and friends.”

“During a recent shower remodel We shopped the local big box stores for prices as well as merchandise. Home Depot had the shower glass we wanted called Rain. Unfortunately, we needed a larger size than the stock size on the floor and special orders are done on line. We were hoping to get assistance at customer service but were told that special orders are done online only. We'll we didn't feel comfortable and there's no refund on special orders. At Granite Expo they have it all, bathroom vanities, shower doors with the hardware, tile, kitchen cabinets, and more. The best part was they have customer service!! They were able to answer our questions, assist us with our special order and their selection and prices are great. Orders were timely and made for a good experience!”

We visited many different vendors early on and Gabbie's advice was the most sincere, and ended up being all the correct ones for us. Their price is very good and their customer service is excellent. From design configurations, to sample/color selections, to ordering and scheduling, to dealing with unexpected supply chain issues, they were responsive and really helped us every step along the way. Gabbie even gave us great referrals and recommendations on other related products such as kitchen hood and ideas on appliances. We are very happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone we know who wants to renovate their kitchen!”

“Bought two small tansu chests and a metal stand to support them stacked on top of each other. Love their look and their finish. Drawers open and close easily, and there is a locking mechanism on one of them. Also on another visit bought a stool shaped like a goldfish, painted red. Get lots of compliments on it. Good quality items, beautifully displayed in the store and in the windows, and courteous customer service.”

“We did a kitchen remodel several years ago and our contractor recommended KitchenSync as the place to get our cabinets. They worked with us to get the best choice to fit our budget and layout. (We got Mid-Continent cherry cabinets that we're really happy with.) Fast forward to 2022 and a hinge on one cabinet door had come loose, causing the door to sag slightly I called the shop and asked if we needed a special tool because Phillips and slot screwdrivers were not working very well. Jeffrey looked into it and confirmed that we needed a Pozidrive #2 bit (available at Ace Hardware for $2). Sure enough, problem solved. The point being, they are great to work with and will stand by their products and customers years after the sale. Can't ask for more.”

Nowadays that seems less and less common.The store is laid out nicely and I usually end up getting exactly what I was looking for. “My wife wanted a small "Billy" shelf in her new sewing room. Due to the layout, I suggested two tall ones (who doesn't need more space?). I do not have a pickup, so we had them delivered. The delivery was perfect. Now, I had to build them. I read the instructions, and they actually worked! The first one took about an hour. The second one went really fast, as I now knew how to do it. Next, we purchased a "Skadis" peg board, and reading the instructions (pictures so a man could do it), selecting tools and hanging it took about 30 minutes.I told her, "More and more, I love IKEA." She replied, "EVERYBODY loves IKEA."Seriously, men hate buying something, having to read instructions, and then learning that whoever wrote those instructions did not use them to build it! Not at IKEA!”
