Came on a previous weekday and a nice worker did a preliminary scan to make sure the car was ready for smog. He told us it needed to be driven more which was helpful before charging us for a failed check. We then came another day(today) after driving 2 hours to reset the O2 sensor etc., calling Kho’s and making sure the Smog guy was there. At the place, what looked like the owner told us to park the car on the other driveway. The worker then who usually does the smog test threw some sort of tantrum and just wouldn’t do the test telling us to come another day- their shop closes around 6 and this was around 3 pm. Owner then proceeded to apologize. We did the test at Superior Smog who finished everything within 10-15 minutes max.Service: Exhaust

mr. kho's the owner did a horrible repair on a transmission he got paid for his service after 90 days repairing a transmission it broke and it's been in and out from his shop to the Nissan back-and-forth for a month and a half. They've already installed five different transmissions and they still have not fixed my car and there's no. and the dealer will not give it to me here or to the mechanic it's just going back-and-forth back-and-forth but they did charge me for the full amount. My mechanic Mr. Cole and I have been without a car I've called Nissan corporation I have not gotten a response from them and nobody wants to be liable for it but the mechanic is just giving me the runaround the shop calls in Richmond California terrible service

I felt comfortable Leaving my vehicle at Kho's auto repair. The head gasket on my car blew out and Kho was there every step of the way to help me make the best decision for my vehicle. Kho is amazing with affordability!!! He really likes to work with customers in order to maintain your vehicle. He communicates well if there are any other issues along the way!!! He even has a car lot next door with affordable cars, and he has serviced all cars so a customer knows the car is quality!!!
